8:51 I… bloody hell, Hortensia’s death quote is *haunting* to me… The small breaks, the shakiness of her voice, the literal *sobs of pain that she makes*… you can tell that she’s not prepared to die. Props to her VA, she deserves more respect for just that single line, in my opinion.

Don't go tempting me now! I loved making these videos, but due to how much time they take to make, I find it hard nowadays, especially with the few amount of people genuinely interested. It might be easier for me to do live translations on a stream or something.

I vaguely remember the opening to Sacred Stones. You have the main lord brother staying behind in the castle to let his sister escape with the GODLIKE knight and...yeah, that's where my memory of the intro gets very vague

Thanks for tuning in! I'd like to do more streams once I've moved to Japan in the next few months due to having more space to actually have a desk and proper setup. I actually haven't finished the translation yet. I'm still at where I left during the end of the stream xD. I find it very hard to stream when there's nobody watching, but I hope that problem will fix itself once I stream more consistently. My friend who does the cleaning, typesetting, etc. portion has a few more oneshots he would like for me to work on, so expect those to be covered on stream in the future!

I’m surprised they only brought back Retsu 4:17:25 but not other original SF1 characters like Joe, Mike, or even eagle.

Yeah, it was strange why Retsu in particular over the others. Maybe Mike could be added in once Balrog gets in eventually and Joe would be somewhat similiar if Cody is released. Eagle, especially after his inclusion in CvS2, seems like he would need to be an actual DLC character

The Japanese voiceover is so much better than the English and I hate to say it, but even the Korean Dub as well. There's so much more emotions delivered with the Japanese voice. I'm not happy with the fact that they don't offer the Japanese Dub in other countries. I have bought the Japanese Disc version for this.

@@cgtio haha well, the Korean voice acting is miles better than the English voice acting but I feel at some parts, it lacked some emotions to the voice delivery and sometimes feel monotonous. The Japanese voice acting has a lot more emotion and I feel like the voice actors and actresses really put their heart into it.

I’d like to pay special attention to the music in this moments. In the first phase of the song, (Tears of the Kingdoms main theme) the pianist begins to wail on the keyboard, and I love it!

I assume most basic CDs have more than enough space to accomodate these tracks unless the CD quality is akin to FLAC, which I can understand would be insane to host all of the songs covered in this game

Came here to see all of Zanzo with the Japanese audio, very glad to see that he's voiced by Okuyasu because it's so fitting, and you can hear Okuyasu through the Zanzo voice XD Then Kale shows up and, yeah, it really is just business DIO, fantastic, Koyasu-san's voice is like butter on warm bread.
