Hi, thanks for doing this video. If I have a black screen when I am pointing the camera to an object, and the display is tested ok., does this mean the CMOS image sensor is not working correctly? What component(s) typically fail in a CMOS image sensor? transistors? diodes? reset switches? What is the role of the firmware in CMOS image sensor working correctly?

Can I ask what cameras are used to film this? it looks like they were filmed with technology from 20 years ago. Unless you're using a machine vision camera.

08:30. What is the name of this type prism, or camera design? Has anybody added other elements into this prism structure to get UV or NIR channels as well? Thank you for making such high quality educational videos.
