​@@electrollama2127it's a pretty normal trend with ball players. Getting very good at the swinging is key but that normally leads to the neglect of aim. Try someone like tracer or sombra to help with learning cqb aim

Makes sense yeh, but once you got decent understanding of the game and ball mechanics, you should really prioritise the aim too. Look at chasm, his exceptional plays with the ball really depends on his aim to get the picks as well.

I do notice some moments where I'd need to move my cursor 180 to land the grapple hook, like the downward swing on City 1. So I imagine the two settings would have an advantage on different levels.

Good tip. Leaving at the start of the night side should get you escaping Kerbin in the approximate right direction heading to the outer planets. Just after sunrise for Eve and Moho.

I use the "Input Overlay" plugin for OBS with custom graphics, which you can find in the Speedrun Dot Com resources. You can skip cutscenes after you beat the game, by holding the jump button. Not all cutscenes can be skipped, and they don't count toward your in-game time anyway.

Ball is hitscan and weaver is not. Ball displaces and distracts so that the dps can actually do something (most of the time they don't know what to do since there isn't a meatball in front of them doing everything for them.) Ball's abilities help him eliminate much faster than weaver ever could.

L take, I can play ball great making space for the team constantly giving them extra shields. Ball is REALLY good if you learn him

I mean that's just completely untrue, ball is an absolute menace in the right hands and he has a very high skill ceiling, the thing with ball is you can't just pick him up and immediately get value you have to be good at him.

Unless you're a tank more than 3 meters from your supports. Then your health bar disappears randomly and you're sent to spawn.

You've probably figured it out by now, but for anyone else who comes across this comment- Hammond's grappling hook has a timer now. Can't stay grappled indefinitely. They did it specifically to stop shenaniganery like this

@@BlizzardofOze This is no longer true. As of S10, Wrecking Ball's grapple hook timer only starts when fireball speed is reached. You also get a shorter cooldown upon releasing. I have another short that goes over the S10 rework tech. This short was from a game the same day I uploaded it.
