The answer for this question should be B and not C. While "Collect customer feedback on incremental release demos and user tests," is important for gathering ongoing feedback and making adjustments during the project, it does not fully address the root cause of the issue described. The problem is that the customer does not consider the product a success despite all stories being completed and tests passing. This indicates a misalignment between the team's understanding of success and the customer's expectations.

I was interested in reading the book, I read some chunks, but soon I felt discouraged at how non-sense it was. It seems the book is full of silly concept after concept and definitions. It's full of repetitive rules and boring. That book easily can be cut in half and could still include all the needed information. Book is longer than it really should be, gives the sense that authors simply over write material in order to justify the book existence. In short, I think that project management is more common sense than anything else, you simply have to take things into account like when material is delivered, how many work hours or people are needed, divide the project in certain sequence, etc. Sure, it is useful to follow a few rules and what not, but it should not be rocket science as the books make us believe. Obviously build the foundation first and then follow certain order, certifications are just lame excuses to make people pay. I bet you, if you know a friend at the company you get hired certified or not, what does that tell you? Certification is not needed for project management and other jobs as well. It is only good to have it, if you have no connections and have to apply on your own.

All true but it depends on your change of command, I literally worked to my last day because they just refused to let me have time for myself, i used 1 week to get all my ets paperwork done and once I got all the signatures my chain of command totally moved on.

I'm studying for the PMP exam and am taking Andrew Ramdayal's Udemy course (it's great, so I'm not knocking him) and I got really hung up and overwhelmed by the EVM section, so I headed to r/pmp and someone recommended this video. You are an AWESOME teacher man. This really makes it more approachable and understandable/memorable. Thank you so much for this great video.
