Good day, as far as I know if Filipino, waived po ang English Proficiency. In my case sa I-Shou University hindi po nila me ni require. But some universities po they require their graduating students to submit. You may enter the University kht to follow nalang po ang English proficiency. If you wish to have it po beforehand You may try IELTS and TOEFL. ♥️
