I am currently using dr. sheth's cica & ceramide cleanser. It works really well for my combination acne prone skin. But I am thinking to buy dr. sheth 's neem & salicylic acid foaming face wash or dermaco salicylic acid daily foaming face wash or Dermaco Sali cinamide face wash but using these face washes daily will damage my skin barrier or not ??? I have sensitive and comedone prone skin and hyphen toner gave me so much texture and I couldn't pinpoint what is causing me so much roughness on my face. When I check its ingredients it has Isopropyl mistrate as it's 3rd ingredient and it's comedogenic and ne er suits me. I stopped using it and my skin is so better
