Hi Connie, you keep improving your Pork Roast recipe. I have your original saved :). Question: I think I heard you say the mustard you were using to sautee already had maple mixed in it. Did the mustard you used during preparation also have it mixed in? I know you added maple at the beginning - just wondering about the mustard.

Yes I did but you can use either one. this last bath I did yesterday I added the maple seperate and more straight mustard. As you make it you can see if you like more or less of the mustard :D

this is perfect Connie, ty so much im just running out of my fav Unchick soup base from Nutrimax ( the bomb) but im afraid they dont make it anymore and has been unavailable for a while now (used to get it at Tau) Ive' tried others (very expensive) and did not like the taste and i needed to make some more and voila while viewing your vegan pork roast recipe i went looking for this recipe when u mentionned it, tks for sharing , 7.5 yrs now vegan and it started with you..... cant wait to try this and play around with it too

I do frequent every once in awhile and Asian store. But I refuse to buy their mushrooms. My sister's girlfriend is a organic gardener and she went over to Asia And while over there they take human waste and fertilize what's of vegetables and a lot of crops with human waste. So I'm not fond of buying fresh vegetables from an Asian market unless they say it's USA. It's the truth

Holy smokes! Without my glasses, Anthony’s Vital Wheat Gluten looks EXACTLY like Anthony’s Oat Flour. I spent two hours trying to knead oat flour into a Porchetta!🫣😂😂😂 I was out of VWG. I’ll keep you posted.❤️

CONNIE.. I HAVE a new idea and i wonder if youve teied it yet... i have not i litterally just thought of it watching your videos again just now... hav you teied pre cooking the milk ?? I HAVE done this because if tou simmer it for a bit it makes it bit thicker and less water.. just till it coats the back of a spoon till its not watery anymore. I LOve Doung my milk this way but i believe doung this may make a richer Mozzarella... ive also used Yogurt and i KNOWWW that is makes my cheese and Butters wayyyy more flavorful than just fresh blended so.. its just an idea... i k ow tonorrow im naking almond Yogurt this way but im going to add some potato starch to my milk then when it cools ill add my culture.. its just a test batch but i thi k it wil work. HUGGS.. Love your BILLIANT work.. and delish recipies Thank you for sharing thwm with the world 🙂💝✌️
