I have a 2016 fusion and never had a problem with sync, or anything for that matter with the car.

Disconnect the battery and connect again

Disconect the battery for 15 min and that should solve the issues.. i had the same problem

It's the audio control module, don't pay ford prices ,go to a junk yard near you and 2013 2017 are the same with no touch screen

I've had this issue multiple times. I usually just do a sync reboot and it works....usually have to do it every other month or so though

My fusion has been great!! The Sync system, which was made by Microsoft, is a different story.

Нашел проблему! Она заключается в збое работы контроллера bluetooth. Он находиться со стороны пасажира за пластиковой обшивкой, нужно отщелкнуть защелки обшивки и выйнять его, я выдергнул два кабеля и обратно вставил, все заработало если не поможет нужно менять. (Черная квадратная коробочка)

I have the same problem on my Ford Fusion 2016, tried fuse 32 & 33, didn't work, it's not showing on display the regular settings, to go on menu to reset sync ,not working on phone or media too. i was looking for sync 1 to download again through USB, but no luck.

mine will sometimes work again after reseating the "SYNC" fuse. Check your manual.

Same problem, your APIM module has gone bad. Just upgrade from SYNC 2 to SYNC 3. You can find videos all over on how to do it and find them between $300-$700

FIXED..... NOW THIS IS GONNA SOUND CRAZY BUT GET YOU A PAIR OF J LAB EAR BUDS. THEYRE 20 BUCKS AT WALMART. CONNECT THEM TO YOUR OCONEE PHONE. GO GET IN YOUR CAR AND START IT UP. YOUR PHONE WILL CONNECT AND I DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID TO DO.
