What's with the low sodium? It's literally something your life depends on. Every cell in your body needs sodium for the metabolism to work and to help generate Adenosintriphosphate which is the cell's own powersource. And it enhances flavour by helping different ions from your food bind to the receptors on your tongue. The starch in the unwashed rice is much more damaging than any sodium would be.
@countrycookingwithjoney18 күн бұрын

@countrycookingwithjoney That would be the famous us american education I suppose. Well then, don't let the rest of the world prove you wrong, you do your stuff. Meanwhile countries which consume a lot of salt have a better average health rating, longer life expectancy and lesser ailments. But man, don't eat red meat, right? Americans, always good for a laugh when it comes to education.

I never said I had high blood pressure dummy but I know people that do and the dr told them to back off of the salt. I think I’ll go with the dr advice over some keyboard idiot lmao. But you keep doing you boy. LOVE PEACE AND CHICKEN GREASE 🖕🏼

@countrycookingwithjoney Ha, the doctors advice. That worked well so far in the US. Highest obesity rate of any western or developed country, highest rate of addicts due to prescription of OxyContin and such, most heart problems. That's not due to sodiumchloride or simple salt, but industrial salts and derivatives. But as I said, don't let examples that dwarf any number you could name convince you. Don't use salt, drink Coke light and don't eat red meat. Oh and spend around 400$ annually on drugs such as Atorvastatin. Which is 350$ than the average european pays a year. Because he doesn't need them.
