That`s called an Arpeggiator. It`s a switch on his keyboard that automatically plays the single notes of a chord you`re holding; Sweeping up and down or just up. At least it was on my Sequential Circuits Pro-one. It`s not as easy to play as it looks.

Sir Brian May....really kicked ass on his solo....but I really liked Dave Colquoon's sweep picking method on his solo....that also 'kicked ass'....Both guitarists were Fucking Amazing.

Nobody there is in the Starship Trooper recording, Tony Kaye was on keyboards. RW belongs on Fragile, Close to the Edge in my Yes listening years. All that Brian May flair and it still sounds nothingggg like Steve Howe’s simple yet very complex sound.

YES has had a shifting lineup since its inception, so your complaint is bizarre. Rick Wakeman certainly played during the tours, not to mention on Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman, and Howe.

As for myself, it’s great to see this. Würm was the part that made me fall in love with the song Starship Trooper. Rick and Sir Brian look like they’re having fun onstage, jamming it out. Not sure who the other musicians are but they do a good job, the bass player, the drummer and the other guitarist. I love the Les Paul the other guitarist is holding. Thanks for posting. Feel free to tell me who else is playing.

"Dream Theater" does a version of "WURM" with Steve Howe playing lead guitar. It's here on You Tube. Worth looking up. Wakeman was missing on the original. Squire is missing on this version.

Howe is one of my favorite. He and May are different players. Howe has such. A unique style that no one has that creativity. However May plays a great version and that’s all it is. Easier to accept than to compare

Different but very good 1st keyboard solo. So why is the camera on Rick banging out 3 chords? Interesting to watch great musicians at work. Slight overkill with the length though but im being picky.
