Very informative! A good thing that I've found your video since I am planning on using a set of steel strings on my newly built homemade solid body ukulele with a piezo pickup - sort of an experiment. Just trying to find out if it feels good and sound good also. I have a nylon uke string set just in case. Thanks for sharing your video!
@SingaporeUkuleleRevival4 ай бұрын
Glad you benefit from the video. Steel strings have greater tension than nylon, and the ukulele doesn't have a truss rod like an acoustic guitar. Nevertheless we wouldn't know if no one tried. Just observe the neck, don't let the steel strings bend it

Can anyone tell the name of music scale in Indonesia and equivalent scale in western music
@SingaporeUkuleleRevival4 ай бұрын
The usual one is just a major scale, this particular song just uses major scale, it's just I added Blues scale as I wanted to make it bluesy. More traditional that that, the specific pentatonic Javanese gamelan is 1 3 4 5 7, pentatonic Sundanese (sama as Japanese pentatonic) is 1 3 4 6 7

Excellent performance! Could you tell me the model of Ohana you use and the type of strings? With Low G? Thank you very much!
@SingaporeUkuleleRevival4 ай бұрын
Thank you. It's Ohana TK-75CG, tenor, with golden color low G from Logic (I forgot the other 3 strings as I'm not too particular with the brand). But "Logic" low G is very awesome, to me it last 3 years : stayed in tune, long lasting & feels good

Tabs ? 🔥🔥😭
@SingaporeUkuleleRevival7 ай бұрын
So sorry I haven't made the tabs yet as I don't use tabs to teach my students, I use solfege as the musical logic. I'm planning to have an upcoming "solo fingerstyle online course" soon in which I explain the logic about how to combine chords-melody using logical thinking & musical feel. Please follow me at facebook.com/danielpurnomoguitarist for the update. Have a wonderful new year 2024 ahead

Hi there, I am Faruk, an SEO expert. I recently visited your KZbin channel and wondered. Your video was fantastic! The content truly deserves more engagement and visibility, but it seems that your videos are currently struggling to gain subscribers and views! Upon review, I noticed that your channel and videos lack optimization, particularly in terms of SEO. Its current SEO score is 23 out of 100! which is lower than standard, hampering its exposure to a broader audience. Can we have a short meeting about issues with solutions?
