Do you get a message at the end of the level telling you what is missing? Also, try looking for a game update in your app store, sometimes a level does not work as it's changed slightly and you don't have the most recent version. Note, only update, do not re-install. If you don't see an update button then you're probably already on the latest version.

À ce niveau là je n’y arrive pas. Cela fait presque un mois que j’y suis j’en ai toujours quatre mais le cinquième ne sort jamais. Je vais finir par abandonner Pet Rescue. Dommage cela fait de nombreuses années que je joue à ce jeu.

If you play on mobile update the game in your app store. If you play via computer it's still not fixed so you'll need to wait.

Did you read the tips on how to pass? One Pet per column. They only fall when there are no metal blocks in their column.

Is anyone else having a problem with level 930. I have to collect 50 of yellow blue and purple but only have 27 moves. On youtube the same game has 32 moves. It is impossible to get psst this level.
