The reason why Legend summoned Kiva, Kaixa, Hibiki, and Gaim is because all of those Riders were part of the last wave of Legend belts or reissues for DX belts. Bizarre bit of advertising!

There was actually an interview with the show runner shortly before this episode came out about how Rita was conceptualised as gender-neutral and both men and women were auditioned for the role of Rita it just so happened Yuzuki got casted because she exuded an aura of command and “kingly” presence. Im hyped for the next ep. Good episode as always guys!!

hey, been watching since yall started covering kingohger episode 1 and I just wanted to say that I reallly appreciate the effort to try to gender Rita correctly. As a non-binary person from Asia, it means a lot to see western content creators acknowledge queer identities in Asia, especially when a lot of people deny their existence here. Big fan!!

Spider was ep 1, bat was ep 2, Scorpion was ep 3 Sarracenian from ep4 skipped ep5 Mantis and ep 6-7 Chameleon were combined into K.K. augment Ep 8 was wasp. And at the end cobra augment, the original cobra was ep 9-10

hmm while Rita being related to Jeramie seems cool, I doubt it. We’ve seen Rita’s hand before and it was human (thought it was just one hand), and Gokkan already has some sort of royal family with whoever went off with GodPapillon all those years ago. but i wouldn’t rule out that she is very distantly bugnarok through some mixing of the half bugnaroks/half humans that are implied to live in Gokkan.

been seeing discussions that kaguragi and rita aren't really on racules side. they both hate his ass but rita isn't doing anything because they legally can't (they have no jurisdiction in shugoddam/have to remain neutral or smith like that), and kaguaragi isn't doing anything because kaguragi can blow up his country no sweat, and the duel is a proposal by kaguragi so they could legally get gira to kill racules.
