I tried this technique on acetate. when I touched the sheet all of the ink wiped out and there was clear film of acetate sheet. what could be the possible reason

Where can I find those acetate sheets?

You can use clear transparency sheets, those are reasonably cheap in a box. There is also the actual acetate sheets, I recall that is a lot more expensive in a box. Third choice is use 3mm or 5mm heat laminate pouches, you can run it through the machine by itself and you get a thicker piece of clear plastic. If you run it with a white cardstock inside then you won't even need to mount the white paper layer! :) All of these clear methods you can use for window cards as well. Hope these suggestions help. :)

I really like the suggestion of using the double-stick tape to hold the ribbon onto the card!!! I've not seen that technique before, so there is always something good to learn even if you think you've seen the same thing as the card technique. Nice card. :)

That's a Tim Holtz small format stamp 2x3 I think, he had a few designs. I don't know if they are in active production but you can search on eBay or etsy.
