Hari Om Yogishri, Points to ponder: Shrutihi - means related to hearing. In olden days guru used to teach students orally. When a guru teaches, the students listen externally with full focus - with the body, mind and soul aligned and absorb fully. Then they do sadhana (meditation) on it and understand the subtle aspects of what is taught till the infinite level. Yogic sound has 4 levels. External hearing, pranic level and paravani - infinite level. Origin of Vedas - when the rishis meditated and when their consciousness was one with infinite in deep silence jyanam an essential aspect of infinite was revealed to them in the following manner. Silence - energy or Shakti - inner sound - external sound or words. Thanks a ton Yogishri.

Hari Om Yogishri...Such a powerful reminder to focus on long-term spiritual growth rather than short-term pleasures. The distinction between what is truly good and what is just pleasant is so important for making wise decisions in life. Thank you for sharing this wisdom, it’s a great motivation to keep growing and living with purpose!! #spiritualgrowth #Yogishri #gratitude

Hari Om Yogishri Yet another wonderful session for which we are ever grateful The glimpse of the Hanumat Dhyana, especially today was even more inspiring, increasing the anticipation for the launch. Some of the many points that I found inspiring: We must focus on bettering ourselves by practicing the Higher principles. We must not get carried away by or get addicted to Preyah or false flattery, we must think of what is good for us to make our lives wonderful. Follow the path of Shreya which is the best. Thank you Yogishri for all the guidance you provide us, looking forward to the next session.

Hari Om Satsung started with a serious note on the origin of the Vedas and Upanishads and how the Bhagavad Gita is a continued condensed version of all. The conversation in the Kathopanishad between Yama and Nachiketha and the concept of the path of Preyas and Shreyas are very inspiring. Yogisri says when the mind’s natural tendency is to gravitate towards preyas, and when it has to strive towards Shreya, Bhagavd Gita goes one step further and speaks about the goal of “Param Shreyas” which is double superlative. It is interesting to listen to Shakespeare and English literature, suddenly in the Bhagavad Gita class. The gravity of his betrayal of Brutus towards Julius Caesar, was so cruel, Mark Antony has to say “the most unkindest cut of all”. It took us to college days. But then we could not appreciate all these things and hardly noticed Shakespeare breaking the barriers of English grammar when we studied this. Namaste

Namaste Guruji, Thank you for the simple yet powerful wisdom. What I learnt today: Preyahah:flattery, praise, pleasant Refers what is not beneficial in the long run,but is very pleasant Shreya’s:doing something good though it is unpleasant, until it becomes a habit Go on examining your actions, see if it’s ‘Shreya’,if not, correct the action ,when we keep doing this we reach the state of param Shreya: the highest goal Always look for improvement, every day,Kaizen. If not,we stagnate With sincere gratitude, Usha

Respected Yogishri Points that inspired me. 1. Complaining is a quality of the “preyas”. Instead, look for the positives in any situation 2. Focus on continuous improvement of oneself. 3. If I am in a neutral position, the shreyas-activities are easier to pickup. The above serves as a useful benchmark for understanding how steeped one is towards shreyas or preyas. 4. How to use yoga sankirtan correctly: this lecture deepened the purpose of yoga sankirtan in my life. I understand a little more on how I should use it to purify my emotions. 5. Focus and pick the positive qualities from everything you encounter. The is the fastest and best way to grow rapidly. 6. Question and analyze the things you do. See if they are beneficial to you and others in the long term. Not all that is pleasant is beneficial but most of what is beneficial may initially be unpleasant. 7. Once a goal is achieved, do not stop. This leads to stagnation and then to decline.

Hari Om Yogishri🙏🏻 The Points learn in today's lecture are :- 1. The four Vedas are imparted from Guru/Master to his disciples in Shruti form. Shruti means which is Heard. 2. The great Sages heard the Veda in their deepest mediation when they were connected to the Infinity. 3. As the Veda are voluminous, the Sage Vyas compiled them in four Vedas 4. The end of the Veda are Upanishads and the Bagavat Geeta is an explanation of Upanishads by Lord Krishna. 5. By using Yogic approach if we go deeper in even a single word in these ancient scripture then we get the entire wisdom of this ancient scripture. 6. प्रेय: means flattery which are negative emotions towards us by another person wrapped up in good emotions. 7. प्रेय: also means those things which give us instant happiness like wallowing in self pity or our own past. 8. श्रेय: means things which are good for ourselves at physical, emotional and thought levels. 9. We should go for things like exercise, eating saatvik food etc which brings good to ourselves at a physical level. 10. We should entertain positive emotions which will bring good to ourselves such as concentrating on positive qualities in other people than criticizing negative qualities in them. 11. We should entertain positive thoughts which will bring good to ourselves. 12. Whenever we have any questions then the Gurushakti will answer that question whenever we have reached that level where we are ready to receive the answer. For that we should have patience and faith in Gurushakti. 13. Waiting to receive an answer to his question which Santishji asked in 2018 was is inspiration to us!! Thank you Yogishri ☺️💐 Hari Om 🙇🏻‍♀️ Neha

Hari Om, Thank you Sir for a truly divine and enlightening session. Here's what I gathered from today's exposition of Verse 11 of Chapter 3 of the Bhagavad Gita. Last week we saw the significance of Shreyaha and its connection to the Kato Upanishad. Since this verse 11 is about Yagnya and Shreyaha which Lord Yama talks about to Nachiketas in the Kato Upanishad, this gives us a clue that this verse is from the Kato Upanishad. The Upanishads represent the essence of the philosophy of the Vedas with regard to living and what is beyond life and death. The Vedas are called Shruti which means hearing. This is not external hearing but what the Masters "hear" and experience when they go in deep meditation and the divine wisdom is revealed to them. Then the Masters pass on the wisdom to Sadhaks verbally. The Sadhaks in turn meditate deeply on the messages conveyed. If you ask any Master from where he got the Vedas, he would say from his Master. The ultimate source is the Infinite. The four Vedas - Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharvana Veda - are not four separate books. They all constitute different parts of the same wisdom. The Bhagavad Gita is an elaboration of the Upanishads. For example, the Eesa Vaasya Upanishad states "Do meditation, if you can't do meditation, do Karma". Karma is just given as one word here. It could mean so many things. As we are living, we are acting in so many ways. So what does Karma mean here? That one word Karma is expanded upon by Lord Krishna in the entire Karma Yoga chapter of the Bhagavad Gita. Lord Krishna gives some specific advice to Arjuna in a particular context. Using the Yogic approach, we go beyond this application to the underlying principles, namely the timeless principles of Sanatana Dharma, and then apply the principle to our context. In the Kato Upanishad, Lord Yama talks about Shreyaha and Preyaha. It is important to understand Preyaha to understand Shreyaha. Some things are neither pleasant nor beneficial. The Upanishads don't even discuss those because we will automatically reject them. Preyaha is that which is pleasant and agreeable but not good in the long-term. Preyaha also means flattery. The word praise may have a connection to the Samskritam word Preyas. If everything that was pleasant was also good, we wouldn't need the Upanishads or the Bhagavad Gita. But there are many things that come in a pleasant garb that are harmful in the long-term. Until we are established in the Shreya for an activity, the mind thinks it finds pleasure in the preyas. The deeper we are in the Preyas, the more effort we have to put to get established in the Shreya. For example, a person who is addicted to alcohol finds pleasure in it. But if he had determined if it was Shreyas or Preyas at the very start, he wouldn't have got into it. But the deeper you are in it, the more effort is required. Although a Shreya activity may initially seem not pleasurable, once we are established in it, we get great pleasure. For example, once we are established in doing yogic kriyas or Yoga Sankirtan regularly, then not doing it makes us feel odd. That's why Lord Yama was so pleased with Nachiketas because he already practiced Shreyas and avoid Preyas when he spurned all the other offers made by Lord Yama. Shreyaha means Good, Better and the Best. First we need to identify if what I am doing is good, that is whether it is Preya or Shreya. Lord Buddha said "Before doing any action, check if it is good for you and good for all, then do the action" Then constantly better yourself. As you do so you will reach the Best, the Infinite. Shreyaha has meaning in the context of the verse and by itself. In the context of the verse, "May you nourish the Gods by this (Yagnya), may the Gods nourish you by this, nourishing each other may you obtain the highest Good, that is the Infinite." But even if you didn't think about the rest of the verse and just took the phrase "Shreya Param Avapsyatha", that itself gives you the complete wisdom. Shreya is the path. Param Shreya is the goal that you shall obtain. Param Shreya or the greatest best shows how words break down when trying to explain the Infinite. In Julius Ceaser by William Shakespeare, when Ceaser is murdered by several people, he is most taken aback when he says Brutus stabbing him and says "You too, Brutus!" as he had taken care of Brutus in so many ways. Later when Mark Anthony makes his famous speech to the Romans, he said that the stabbing by Brutus was "the most unkindest cut of all". This is a double superlative which, although ungrammatical, is used here to emphasize the extreme. Likewise, grammatical words become inadequate when expressing the Infinite. As you become better and better, the Infinite ... (my words break down) Sadhana Homework: Identify whether your activities are Shreya or Preya. A Sadhak noted that he had a question about imagination in 2018 that got answered in 2024 when the Master talked about the mind and Mooshak. The Sadhak benefited because he chose the path of Shreyas, he chose patience and kept doing his Sadhana. When the time was right for him, the wisdom was revealed to him. Thank you Sir.

Hari AUM. Thank you Sri Yogishri for further elucidating Sreyah and Preyah. The following points were gathered during the session: Bagavathgita is based on Upanishad-s. Day today living is explained in Bagavatgita. Veda = knowledge. Vedic mantras were passed on orally (oral tradition). Veda-s are called Sruti (that which were heard). The Rishi-s were one with cosmos during meditation and vibrations were heard by them. Paarvani is super silence. That which were heard was in the subtle form and was endowed with sakti. It was transmitted to the students who by there tapas were able to absorb the energy fully by reaching Paravaani. The Veda-s were functionally divided into four major ones. The end portion of Vedanta is Upanishad. There are 108 Upanishad-s. Sri Krishna explains application of the Vedic principles to Arjuna. The three boons of Nachiketa-s represents Yajna to immediate family, then to the community, and finally Brahma Vidya (subtler aspects of the principles of Yajna) which was given to the entire world. The boons are nothing but empowerment. Sreyah is Yajna and Preyah is flattery or pleasant are two paths available. Param Sreyah is experiencing the Infinite. Preyas = to praise. Flattery done with an ulterior motive is Preyah and therefore here pleasant doesn’t signify a positive entity. Unpleasantness is automatically rejected and therefore, it was not discussed. The practical application of Sreyas and Preyas are difficult in real life. Examining Sreyah vs. Preyah helps to grow spiritually and reach Param Sreyah (double superlative like “the most unkindest cut of all” by Shakespeare). Sreyah is practice and Parama Sreyah is the goal. One must always look for growth or bettering oneself both externally and internally. Anoraneeyanmahatomaheeyan - Katopanishat Mantra 1.2.20 Meaning: Subtler than the subtler, bigger than the biggest.

Hariom Yogishri... Thank you for todays session. One shall not fall prey to Preyah, but shall look for Shreyah i.e. good in everything. This will be difficult and once we are on this path, difficult things wil become noraml.and give pleasure , then we shall pursure path of betterment and finally Param Shreya i.e. bestest of best. One shall not stop and practice till we reach Param Shreya. Sanatan Dharma is not founded by one individual, but this is the knowledge which was gained by Yogis in mediatation and then translated to Vedas, which was orgnaized by Ved Vyasa. Upnishads are summary of thesse vedas in form.of Shlokas. One shall deep dive into it to gain the ultimate knowledge. I am so much looking forward for next week for release of Shri Hanumant Dhayna.. With Utmost Gratitude Parul

Hari Om Yogishri, Thank you so much for today's discourse and meditation. Some important points from today's discourse: 1. Shreyaha means the best, param shreyaha means supreme best. 2. Some aspects of shreyaha - we must always choose what is best for us. 3. Sometimes choosing what is is best for us may be difficult but that is only beneficial for us. 4. Second aspect of shreyaha is that we must always strive to become better 5. If we become content in a tamasic manner, that will lead to stagnation and eventually to demotion. Hence we must always look to improve ourselves in all aspects. Thank you so much Yogishri 🙏 Eagerly looking forward to the release and the empowerment. Very grateful to you for giving us these opportunities 🙏

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏 Thank you for today's session. It was so calming. The principles of Shreyaha and Preyaha are eye opening. Everyday we encounter so many instances of Preyaha in the garb of immediate happiness but with consistent sadhana alone we will be able to identify them and go beyond to identify the ones that are truly Shreyaha and do good to us. With patience and right bhavana we can turn Shreyaha into Parama Shreyaha and move towards infinite happiness. Thank you for changing our lives for good. Pranam 🙏🙏

Pranam Yogishri Thank you for today's Divine session. Offering gratitude to you, Yogishri and all the Infinite Masters, completely surrendering. Sadhana: Shreyah is good, better and the highest best - in contrast to Preyah Preyas, which is pleasant, agreeable, flattery (not sincere praise), not good, not beneficial for us, but comes in the garb of pleasantness. 1. As a Sadhak, we need to Always look at good in the things, habits, emotions, actions and Pick them up only to practice. Our Mind has a tendency to gravitate towards Preyas, so with awareness and seeking Guru guidance, we need to Analyse, Examine and Ensure, in life, what is good for me, and good for others. (Good, not merely pleasant). Then only we need to pick it up. 2. As a Sadhak, we need to Always think and look for Betterment, Improvement, Development in life. (Never be satisfied in a tamasic way). We need to put continuous efforts to better, internally and externally. 3. As a Sadhak, we need to Explore the Principle of Shreyah i.e., the Highest Best. It is the only Ultimate Inspiration. And then, Avapsyatha (in wonderment) you shall obtain the Highest. Thank you Yogishri for this Divine wisdom. Vedas divided into four Vedas, sub divided into Upanishads, from them Bhagavad Gita is derived and it is all about Karma Action, how to do perfectly, how to lead our life, to attain the Highest. Today's homework: To Find out - 1. What is good for me? 2. How can I better myself everyday? Yogishri, I sincerely seek your guidance in this path. I choose to better myself, put all possible efforts. Thank you Yogishri HARI OM

Hari Om Yogishri...Pranams... --> The first 20 minutes of the discourse deeply fascinating.... When our master spoke about the Vedas were revealed to the masters of yore in the form of energy in their deep meditation...And they passed on that wisdom to their students orally...and the students again did sadhna, purified themselves...again at last Sage Vyasa codified all the Vedas in to four divisions...and keeping the most profound aspects of Vedas that is Upanishads at the end of Vedas...When we think of all the process happened over a period of centuries...its really fascinating...The beauty is this wisdom is taking various shapes to help us common people...Among all of them Yoga Sankirtan is latest and best... --> Shreyah Vs Preyah-- Differentiating between them is all time challenge. Constant challenge. It does not stop with mere external things. It goes much deeper. It goes to our emotions, thoughts and karmas. Constant filtering at all levels. When preyah approaches us, a bell rings instantly. We should immediately listen to it. Curb preyah in the root level itself. This is so important in life from both aspects of life. It is necessary for day to day dignified living and to do sadhna to find out the answers of life. It is deeply interwoven. --> Preyah need not be extreme addictions like drinking alcohol, cigarettes, etc...Preyah could be our anger, jealous feelings, fear feelings, feeling pity about ourselves, wasting time in non essential things and even more small small things which outsiders may not notice but our intellect clearly knows about them. One thing is clear about what we are into. We are into deepest possible science and discoveries a human can discover. Now imagine, what kind of brilliant mind is necessary for it. But, if our minds are infested with all other non essentials, how will we progress? Master, kindly help us all sadhaks to stay in the track till the goal is reached. Thank You very much Master for everything in life...Really thank you...

Hari Om Yogishri🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Swamiji for today’s wonderful discourse. Pranams Guruji 🙏🙏 Our ancient wisdom, principles and the fundamental laws of life teaches us how to live our life happily and peacefully and reach our highest purpose of our life. We have to choose the path that which is good for us in the long run rather than the path that gives us immediate pleasure and pleasantness. Goodness and good habits will be perceived as unpleasant to start with but when practiced consistently with perseverance will become pleasant and pleasurable. We should keep on bettering the path of good which we have chosen until we reach the ultimate state. When we practice Shreya consistently, we can reach the state of Param Shreya (highest state). Thanks again for today’s amazing and deep meditation session installing subtler sadhana aspects into our deeper and sub-conscious minds🙏🙏🙏

Hari Om Yogishri ! Thank You so much for the powerful discourse on the principle of Param shreyaha. Before we understand the principle of Shreyaha, we need to know what is meant by Preyaha and how is this different from that. Preyaha means temporary pleasure(Flattery) which is neither good for us nor is it good for others in the long run. we tend to feel pleasurable by doing such kind of activities as it has become a habit for us. Wherein, Shreyaha means goodness at all degrees. These kind of activities might not be so pleasurable to start with, but as we keep doing them and it becomes a habit, they become so enjoyable to us and at the same time, they would have an positive impact on ourselves and on others. When we keep practicing the principle of shreyaha in our day to day activities, we will start evolving in all the sense of the term and finally a day would come where we will be exposed to the "Highest Best" as called by our masters. Once again, Thank you so much for everything Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Humble Pranaams

Hari Om GuruDev! Many tons of thanks to you for this fantastic session today. The nididyasana sadhana was very deep. Thank you so so so very much GuruDev. Inputs from today's session:- The Vedas have its essence as the infinite and also the Upanishads. The Bhagavad Gita has its source from the Upanishads. SHREYAH - PREYAH; Good - Pleasant: Sheyah means the things which are genuinely good for us which may not seem to be pleasant in the beginning. Preyah means the things which are pleasant but may not be good for us in the long run. Shreyah sometimes may be genuinely pleasant and Preyah sometimes may be unpleasant too. So we have to analyze the things whether they are genuinely good for us or it appears to be good but aren't actually. If we already have habits pertaining to Preyah we may feel it difficult or unpleasant to move to Shreyah. But if we are neutral or have the habits of Shreyah we may feel it to be so pleasant. We have to always analyze and choose Shreyah over Preyah i.e., we have to analyze what is good for us and what is not, but which give us immediate pleasure or relief, and choose the good over the things which appears to be good. If we choose good only, and make it a habit, we have to practice making the good into better where Param Shreyah (highest best) is the goal. Sadhana to be done:- To analyze good and pleasant things, choose good over pleasant and move towards the highest best by bettering ourselves. Infinite thanks to you GuruDev for everything. Deepest Gratitude and Humble Pranaams. Hari Om GuruDev.

Hari Om Gurudev🙏🙏🙏🪷. Thank You so much for today's session. The Scriptures are derived from The Vedas. The Vedas are the compilation of The Higher Laws of life. Shreyah: that which is good for us. The opposite to Shreyah is Preyah. Preyah means that which I pleasant and short lived. That which a pleasant feeling in the beginning but which is not good in the long run. On the other hand, Shreyah might not be pleasant to begin with but it is good in the long run. For example: exercising or eating the right type of food and avoiding junk food may not be pleasant to begin with. But it gives immense goodness and benefits in the long run. The dimensions of Shreyah are: Good Better Best. In Life we need to analyse what is good for us. We should choose which ever is good for us in the long run. Then we should keep bettering ourselves in that everyday. We should keep growing by practicing The Higher Principles and other good habits till we reach the best. Param Shreyah: The Highest Best - The Infinite Supreme experience of merging with The Infinite Source. Sadhana: To examine and analyse which is good for us and to start practicing them diligently and moving from good to better to the Best. Thank you Dear Holy Master for Everything🙏🙏🙏🪷🍬. Deepest gratitude and humble pranams.

Thank you Yogishri for this deep session. Shreyas: In every situation, look at whether it would take you to the higher state and choose these situations. Preyah: This will not ensure evolution since it is marked only by a sense of pleasure Flattery: This is another dimension of preyah - it is important to be patient in the spiritual journey. The answers will come to you when it is time. //

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Many thanks for today's deep session followed by very calming meditation . There are 108 Upanishads and all of them teach Brahma Vidya. Bhagavad Gita is the essence of these Upanishads. Preyaha - which is pleasant immediately but not good in the long run. Like flattery. Sreyaha - which is unpleasant at the beginning but it is very beneficial at the end. Like eating the right kind of food, doing the exercises, sleeping on time, waking up on time, having the right kind of emotions - these are all good in the long run but very very unpleasant to start with. Only when I practice sreyaha,I will reach parama sreyaha, the highest good. Homework: to keep practicing the good things and to become a better version of myself everyday. Guru and all the masters are ready to help me grow but I should qualify and become ready to receive their help. I should have enormous patience in this spiritual journey and have absolute faith in my guru. Thank you so much , Yogishri. I realise that I have fallen in the preyas path and tamasic in almost every aspect of life. I want to become a very active, dynamic, positive person and i seek the guru Shakti in me to destroy my tamas and make me a highly energetic and enthusiastic person. Looking forward to next week 's release of Shri Hanumath Dhyana. Ananta koti pranams to you, Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏 Thank you so much for the very helpful session, reinforcing the need to choose the path of Shreyaha for our growth 🙏 Preyaha comes in the garb of immediate pleasure, making it difficult for us to avoid it. Mind automatically gravitates towards preyas. But if we don't exercise our capacity to choose what is good, and instead keep giving in to preyas, we'll be wasting the wonderful opportunities given to us. Path of Shreyaha is not about avoiding the pleasant but to examine and ensure we are choosing what is good for us (our habits, emotions) in the long run. Shreyaha (betterment): We have to build this discipline and keep on improving ourselves and keep growing. Focus on choosing the good and improving and be very patient when it comes to the fruits, trusting and surrendering to the higher🙏. Always look at the positives in everyone and keep learning from that and improving ourselves. Thank you for instilling the choice of Shreyaha in our deeper minds through Nidhidhyasana. Thank you Yogishri 🙏

Hari Om Yogishri Thanks much for today's wonderful discourse. Few points I am able to recollect :- Originally the Vedas were passed Orally. When a Yogi went into deep meditation and heard (internally) the vibrations - Para Vaani, and absorbed the energy and codified into sounds, he got the Vedas. And students who continuously listened to the sound vibrations, then did the sadhana on it, went deeper and deeper and finally reached the Para Vaani state, complete silence and beyond, through their different bodies, like Prana shariraha and so forth. The Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita are essence of the Vedas. The Upanishads are short verses with great amount of depth, whereas the Bhagavad Gita is a text which teaches how to use the Upanishadic level wisdom , practically in real life. That's why the Bhagavad Gita is of prime-most significance. We saw the difference between Shreyaha and Preyaha. Preyaha is that which is pleasant at first, but is actually not good for us. It also means flattery. A person has to have the mental strength to choose that which is good in the longer run, and avoid the sugar coated poison in each and every aspect of life. Doing sadhana, pranic kriyas all (daily) will be difficult for a beginner, but as a person does it with sincere bhavana, a stage will come where, that becomes a complete habit and a day cannot pass without kriyas or sadhana. I am able to relate to this stage, as I understand it is only for my own good that both kriyas and daily sadhana is prescribed. The 3 important steps which Param Shreyaha expands into is :- 1. Pickup the one aspect which is good for you and follow that principle 2. Always think of betterment , never get satisfied, if you do, you will stagnate. everyday try to better yourself. 3. Aim to attain the highest best, although grammatically incorrect represents that highest stage which cannot be expressed in any language as it may be. Also, very interested to listen to the Shri Hanumat Dhyana Yoga sankirtan material. I can feel myself happily listening to it in the auditorium, the same as I did for Maha Ganapati dhyana and Om Saravana Bhava dhyana. The live experience has a charm of it own Guruji ! This year I am also planning to bring my wife and 3 year old Daughter to the live program. Although we planned it for earlier Yoga sankirtan releases, it did not happen as she was bit too young and we could not arrange. I think this year, we will succeed in doing so with the blessings of the infinite. Thanks and regards, Pranams Subramanyan

Hari Om Guruji, Pranaams 🙏 Thanks for the powerful and deep session today with the energy blast. The insight into vedaha or knowledge and upanishad was very inspiring. As you said sound itself has many grades and the highest being silence or paravani which is what the master's tune in and from that the wisdom has been shared with us. Thanks for giving us the deep insight into Shreyas and preyas. Preyas is something which might be pleasant and give us immediate good or pleasure but might not be good in the long run. Whereas shreyas is something which might be not so good to begin with but once we start it will become very enjoyable and will give the best results. So we should choose or pratice shreyas at all level our personality like physical, prana, emotional, intellect etc. If we keep on doing this then we shall obtain or the highest good or Param Shreya. Here we find that the rule of grammar is broken for us to understand that the infinite is beyond words. The reference to Juliet Caesar was also very powerful where again the rule of grammar was broken by Shakespeare to convey the real emotion. Thanks once again for the powerful session today. Whatever way we improve we have to make it better and as we keep making better we will become best. Param shreyaha - being best of best. Most best. Thank you yogishri 🙏🙏🙏

Hari Om Master 🙏 thank you for today's session Preya is path of immediate pleasures, it takes a person away from Sreya which is Highest good If an action or thought gives immediate pleasure check if it is preya if it is good for long term. If not cut it off with sadhana. Hari om Yogishri 🙏🤍✨

Hariom Guru Pranam 1. A sadhak should strive for श्रेय in every aspect of life and become a better version of yourself 2. श्रेय is good for me in long term . Sadhak should learn to identify what is श्रेय and able to differentiate from प्रेय. 3. परम श्रेय is highest good and one can attain that on continous path of श्रेय. Thank you sir. Ashish

Hari 🕉 Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Tasmai Shri Guruvey Namaha 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Yogishri for an enlightening session. The path of Shreyaha is the very foundation for any shadak who seeks the highest. Be righteously-wise enough to Examine and Choose those things in life which is GOOD for you in the long run and not those which gives immediate pleassure & doesnt help you to grow in the long run ; infact some does lot of damage to you too. Keep on growing in life; every day keep on improving. Keep on seeking the good things in life….Become BETTER & BETTER in every aspect of life with disciplin & consistency , right choices and hardwork. As u keep on doing this , you shall obtain the BEST … the highest experience…which beyond all words. Deeply grateful & thankful for this excellent pathway of shreyaha Yogishri, which I feel is the best of the best ways, to evolve both spiritually and in worldly aspects. Thankful to the Infinite and to you Yogishri for this blessed opportunity - the enligtening Sunday sessions. Eagerly awaiting the Powerful sadhna tool - The Divine launch of Sri Hanuat Dhayna. VAJARANG BHALI KI JAI HO! 🕉 Shri Gurubhyo Namaha.🙏🙏🙏 Your humble Sadhak
