"Hyper" isn't the correct term for 117 horsepower, not when there's V4 Streetfighters turning out over 200 hp.

It's a "hypernaked" in Yamaha marketing parlance anyway, as is the MT-03. With the hp of a ZX6R, it's really a middleweight naked bike.

@aressimbamt095910 ай бұрын
its nkt that much tank is small thats for sure
@lifted_above7 ай бұрын
46-50 mpg is not thirsty. What makes an engine thirsty is the rider. MT-10 on the other hand, that engine is inherently thirsty because of a mechanical problem of pumping losses associated with uneven firing intervals and crankcase pressure/timing.

@@Ignitiononline1 maybe they have made a mistake. Maybe their MT10 could possibly classed as a hypermaked but their MT09 falls into the middleweight class of naked bikes along with Ducati Monster, Triumph Street Triple, Kawasaki Z900 etc.

It’s been available in Australia for about 6 months at a lower price than you mentioned, and it is good value and looks well made. But the interior design (crass, will probably date quickly) put us off. The maximum charge rate is also lower than its competitors. The salesperson agreed the design style was not really done with western consumers in mind, but he showed us how you can remove the “build your dreams” signage off the tailgate without damaging it.

Thanks for watching. The Atto 3 certainly has lots to like and with some customisation or 3rd party accessories the car can serve families in Europe well. Taking your point about charge speeds, that could be the Atto 3's downfall in countries where charging support is not as strong or at a distance. As we've mentioned in the video, BYD have clearly taken external design inspiration from other brands but the synergy of external /interior is bold and not to everyone's taste - a very interesting and challenging proposition that certainly helps challenges the norms of EV pricing - still some way to go from all brands but a valiant effort nonetheless.

I test drove this in the UK the other week. It drives OK & it is well specified (pano roof & heat pump are std) even in base trim but it's well overpriced in the UK. This car sells for £10k less in Australia & even less in China. If it was priced at £25k in the UK then it would be a no brainer but at £36-£39k it's too expensive - as are most EV's.

5k overpiced (vs example Tesla MY rwd) and way to slow charging No charge planning when planning long trip. (automatic) Route planning is not taking in to acount for difference of elevation, and even surprices well know ev reveiwer to get stranded. Seen consumption test where at speeds of 120-130km/h the consumption is 25+, at 90 it seems to be good. A good atempt for there first try (but it aint) for eu market. som stuff can be ignored For me the price and charging speed kiled it (30-80% 29min yes and 50min for 10-80%...........

It might not be to everyone's taste, however, they have a more attractive starting price than most of its competition. As I mentioned in the video, there are some improvements required and known updates pending from BYD, but is this the newest challenger to something like the MG ZS or VW ID.4?... only time will tell. Love or hate what BYD (and other Chinese makers) are doing, what they all continue to do is challenge other brands to push the envelope. If BYD can produce a vehicle with these tech & equipment levels packaged up with a healthy warranty, they will win customers. Onlookers will almost certainly compete upon launch of their next mid-life refresh or OTA update. Here in the UK, the Atto 3 could provide families on a budget a more cost-effective solution to owning a BEV (however, £38k is still out of reach for most). Whilst range is not the strongest (as you highlight), it still provides enough real-world range to commute healthy distances. As I mention in the video, it will be interesting to see the take-up of the Atto 3 across the UK & Europe over the next 6-12mths. Thank you for watching.

Don't forget that if you use it long enough its going to glitch in the middle of wherever you are, God forbid in a highway traffic, because when it happens, the gears wont switch again until its taken to a repair shop.And the car ain't getting nowhere without an evacuator. so make sure to have about a 100$ cash stashed inside for such unfortunate occasion, which has happened to me twice in a month.And I use that car for work, im a delivery guy. So after the repair, its still acting up like its going to stop at any time (sometime soon) when its switched to auto mode. so now im just learning how ti shift gears as manually as possible, to see if the computer will break down again.Does anyone kniow what to do with the semi automatic version of such ford for it to switch gears like a new one? because the repairman changed my shifting box, but its still acting up. The car is oretty old today but the gear box component that broke down was changed. It lasted exactly 20 days before the car just stopped out of nowhere for no reason and wasnt able to turn on the engine because it wasnt able to shift gears: thus being unable to enter Neutral mode which is necessary in order to start the engine..
