Don't feel bad about the incessant chatter in your mind. Meditation is actually not supposed to make your thoughts go away, the point of it is to become more self aware of them and let them pass through while also grounding yourself and gaining more clarity. It is all about the mind body connection. Having lots of thoughts is a good thing and meditation teaches us to separate ourselves from our thoughts as we are not defined by them. ❤
