I'm fascinated by this sluice that you have built yourself. How deep are the U pieces and does the humps after help pull the small rocks out? Thinking of 3D printing one after watching your demo. Aye from Scotland.

if you wanna make it easier and will work quicker and better raise your metal guides that direct the bigger rocks off your sluice. Raise it to the size of holes are 1\8" - 1\4" that will go under and in sluice other stuff washes out especially works better if you replace the piece so no holes are in and it'll flow great

You mentioned Mercury. And I keep thinking about a Copper Sheet somewhere in my sluice system to capture any stray Mercury I might stumble across. Doubtful I will, as Western Washington is not really known for prospectors having used Mercury here, but... And if it did catch any, I'm sure it would eventually become saturated with Gold. And at the point I couldn't see Copper, I'd ship it to a refinery certified for such Shenanigans (Na na, na na na).

cool sluice box gonna make 1 as well but curious why didnt u have the two parts where the gold drops down level. 1 is like an inch or so up and the other is lower does it make a difference

Have you tested it with - 400 micro gold? Also can you comment on the difference with your underflow and the Gold Cube G-Force sections?

How do you find it works with changing the rifle from being on top to gluing it to the side instead? I'm making one but I like it on top more I figure more strength and way less chances of it leaking I do like it though

I built this and it does great with -20 gold and black sands. I use it all the time to clean out my concentrates from my high banker.

Haven't you thought about using cyanoacrylic glue instead of using epoxy resin?
