Just wanted to add if you don't find your custom portal right away, in November 2024, I found it under Dashboard - Settings - Billing (Product Settings) - Custom Portal.

Does this workflow allow the user to continue using the product until the end of the month (or whenever their renewal period is) before it revokes the product?

Hi Rachel! What do you use for trigger for accounts that paid with PayPal ? The subscription canceled trigger only work for the people that signed up using stripe

I'm going to have to update videos, but PayPal subscribers also worked with this trigger as well. They updated that awhile back. Thanks!
