My in laws were told on at least 8-10 different hospital visits, seeing different doctors, that she was brain dead, and we should unplug the life support. EVERY time we refused, and EVERY time she recovered completely. This has been over the course of upwards of 14 maybe 15 years. She’s still doing great! My mom, & her siblings were told my Granny was brain dead, and that they weren’t going to keep her on the machine any longer. But her son who was in prison for like 30 years, was set to be released that week. So they waited until he could get there and say good bye. He walked into her room. She hadn’t shown any signs of life in 2 weeks. He said “Momma I’m home” and my Granny opened her eyes. It was hard. They were sticky because they’d been closed for so long. But she came to, and lived 7 more years. The medical staff push too hard to get people to let their loved ones die 🤬

I do not want a police state thanks. How about instead we use that money to hire cop and have them monitor the known problem area's? I've lived in this state my entire life and I know most communities know the problem area's. I mean we don't even enforce the signaling laws in Kentucky, daily I see hundreds of illegal lane changes\etc and a number of times the police were around. Before we add a bunch of gadgets creating a police state, bringing a for profit corporation most of which are known to over work the people who do the reviewing causing erroneous tickets. If they pass a law allowing these, we the people should get triple damages just for showing up to court if it's proven to be wrong. Ask the people in states with these things, they suck, they get it wrong way to often, and a huge chunk, sometimes the majority of the fine money goes to the friends of politicians who were allowed to be the company running this racket. If anything we need a constitutional amendment barring this and any other scheme and\or scam to use cameras, AI, automation, machine vision, etc to replace a human police officer's duty to issue tickets and citations. This especially includes other people's cars a concerning trend I'm seeing in many legislatures proposed bills. It starts with traffic cameras and ends up with your car being a snitch on everyone else. NO. I'm calling your offices tomorrow to tell you to stop attacking American values.

If they are done right, it might help lower the high rate of traffic accident causing red light running. If you pay for automobile insurance, you are paying for bad drivers running red lights and causing accidents. Traffic camera enforcement is easy to abuse though so it would need to be done very carefully and transparently. Private companies should not be allowed to enforce laws and contracts where a percentage of fines goes to a private company are very suspect.
