I’ve got an XC40 on motobility. Absolute dream of a car and highly recommended. Such a pity I have to hand it back in July 2024 and I can’t get another because Volvo are no longer in the scheme. Very sad😢

Same engine in the Hyundai Ioniq which I have can easily get 65mpg is the difference because its got a slightly smaller battery

Great review. The trim levels weren't really making sense to me before but definitely do now. The only thing I'd like is the Inscription interior minus the wood panelling. Always feels a bit 80's stationwagon with fake wood panelling

Why do I get the feeling that this ultimate version has all the bells and whistle you ever want and they're all top notch quality. My only gripe about some of the interior design are the glossy interior which is just horrible with finger print and smudge and sun glare reflect making it harder to see the interior.

I have a 67 plate T8 with almost every extra. The equivalent of Ultimate Bright + TowBar and Massage seats. It sh*ts all over Q7s and X5s. As a software developer who cares if the others might have a digitzed picture photo of their car in the tech? It's like saying you've got a fly on a armani suit. Makes no difference. I went to the Audi showroom to see the Q8. The official employee on seeing the T8 PHEV Tank muttered under his breath silently "Audi can't match that". He then said "Only thing is Q8 Vorsprung is faster". Theres no 7 seat PHEV. Theres no Boron Steel. Says everything. 100% true story.
