Harmony MC is a break break DMG support, budget inferior Ruan Mei. So far I can only see him used with Boothill, Galagher, Xue Yi and maybe Luka efficiently. Maybe break Acheron build can work with harmony mc or Silver Wolf with universal weakness applier.
