I had a similar issue yesterday I was on time, pulled up and the postal truck pulled in front and I had to wait 20 mins for them to unload which caused me to be late. I put the updates as far time and why I was late in the app but ended up receiving a call from ROC to ask what was the reason for the delay and what’s my ETA. Why not look in the notes and further more I’m unloading trying to get out of there!

Been running Amazon relay for almost 4 yrs. One thing I want to mention is if you’re booking loads that go back to the amazon warehouse if they cancel 1 leg of the load then they will deduct from your payout. Point is it’s not worth getting those kind of loads

Another gem that you mentioned is have multiple load boards. DAT, Truckstop should be your primary loads. Then have a couple of free loads boards to balance the opportunities. I played with your strategy, Sacramento to LA $750, then 4 drop offs on the way to LA $1250. $2K one way, 1 day. One of those drop offs was a motorcycle. So now I need to stock up on furniture blankets and straps. Thanks for the Intel.👍 Partial are the way to go.

Partials are the way to go. You can make a 1k or more with partials. Never allow a broker max out you truck.

Its not load board etiquette it common sense,😂 but you know its hard for this new mc to get new loads and this brokers know that so they take advantage. What would they do if they dont take that
