I teach a yoga strong class. Helps with alignment in certain poses & really challenges it in others. Amps up any class & make savasana even sweeter/ more appreciated. (Sm)

I do functional fitness classes for older adults and I try to incorporate a lot of different exercises and genres to keep interest high. I never thought of this as an option. I think I'll do some research. The exercises I saw were great hip exercises, which is great for balance. Thanks!
