How fondly I remember Stuart Hamblen and how lucky I am to discover this rendition of his signature song. On a lonely evening in my ninety-second year of life to be transported back by this lovely young man is a great gift. So I love Laurie Lewis also. Scott Nygaard also. All of them, in fact. Funny how there is always enough love to go around. Bless us every one.

So beautiful I live on redwood land that was logged brutally about 75 years ago. The trees have been patiently returning ever since.

As good as expected. Glad to see Hasee. I first saw her playing a banjo/uk with the Empty Bottle String Band long ago. It is good to see her playing with a lot of different bands.

What a truly beautiful and personal song. Thank you Laurie. I recently started re-listening to Peter Rowan’s Bluegrass Boy and discovered you did the backup vocals. Another one of my longtime favorites. Congrats on all your achievements and sharing yourself with us❤
