I'm one of those people who doesn't like Italian Seasoning. There's something in it that my taste buds revolt against. I normally use a 50/50 mix of Basil & Oregano in place of it. Enjoyed the video! Hope you feel better soon! ❤

You are so resourceful. Between all of the recipes you come up with on the fly, the salt and pepper rubbing and covering the casserole pan with another pan, instead of foil; nothing I could even think of in the kitchen 😊. I'm taking notes and trying keep up. Great eats for sure!

I can't eat foods that are cooked in seed oils. I buy the Siete Chips. Too stretch the grass fed ground beef, I add black beans, corn, chopped green peppers, fresh garlic and chopped onions along with Taco seasoning and some tomato paste to the meat and veggies while they are cooking. Love making stuffed cabbage which I made over the weekend. I use a mix of ground beef and ground lamb, my homemade tomato sauce, garlic, onions, dried mint, pepper, fresh grated ginger, paprika, W sauce, salt, brown rice and wrap. In the bottom of the slow cooker I put down a bed of saurekraut, lay the cabbage rolls on top, add enough bone broth to cover the saurekraut and place uncured bacon strips over the top of the cabbage rolls. Cook on low for about 6 hours on low.
