Omg I’ve been looking everywhere to find out what to use for the back of my cross stitch patterns! Thank you! Can you also use the iron interfacing for the back of cross stitches on a t shirt or bag? Or something else?

If it only has a 1/4 stitch of one color and a 1/4 stitch of another color , then your backstitch goes through the other way instead of making a 3/4 stitch?

It’s called Aida cloth. It comes in different sizes, called 11 count or 18 count, etc. I’m only now starting and I’m using 11 count, which for me it’s easier to see as the holes in the cloth are larger. It should be available on any craft stores or online or if you buy a kit they already include the cloth. Hope this helps! 🥰
