It does state that ancient dragons are in fact made of Stone and their scales have the ability to bend time.and archtrees are there you can see them when you fight the elden beast and you can see more in deeproot depths i think but im not sure ill go check in a bit, bottom line its just my theory it could very well be asides from the dark souls trioligy none of the games are connected either way i love the lore

She will give you information to help point you in the right way for the ending Make sure the Get through all of anri's Dialog in the Crucifixion forest Next, make sure you talk to anri in the carthus catacombs Do not tell her where horace is until you've killed him After talking tour at the elevated spot right before high lord wolnier Cross the bridge and then hit it giving you access to the ashen lake Be careful of the crossbow as you make your way to the right until you find a cave Entrance inside is Horace. Defeat him and then make your way back to anri tell her where horace is then proceed to irrythil Delete her dialogue again at the church of yorksha Note in one of the corners is a assassin using the chameleon spell. Do not kill them. They are vital to the quest progression. Defeat pontiff Sullivan and make your way to gwyndalyn's boss Arena from the original dark souls.
