I added a screen door on the side of my promaster campervan and accidentally covered the magnetic strip when wouldn't allow the slider door to lock. I cut a bit of the screen away and now it locks. KZbin to the rescue again!

I have both versions of the hybrid pliers with and w/o the fish tape puller and I use a hammer for what it is and these pliers for what they are pliers and not a hammer. I know that they will mess up with in time so my advice is the same they are pliers and not a hammer .

whoa that was overkill GFCIs in that kitchen. daisychaining GFCIs more trouble then its worth IMHO. they went through the trouble of making that duplex protected by GFCI though. gotta love boxes that are recessed in wall etc. I have stacks of goof rings from 3/8 to 1 inch since the sparkies that did our complex couldnt set boxes flush to save their lives

Does New York not require torquing the screw terminals on the GFCI devices?

Yes but unfortunately I did not have a torque screwdriver which i will be purchasing soon. But in NYC, from what I have experienced, inspectors check to see records of torque strength through record data that will be reviewed and approved/certified for service switch terminations and End Line box terminations. I have not seen the inspectors here check individual devices.

Yeah, man. The up and down is called "tilt wheel" and the forward and back is called "telescoping wheel." Glad you discovered it. 👍
