This reminds me of the elevator at Nordstrom at Stonebriar but except this one has arrow bell indicators and the one at Stonebriar has round bell indicators.

Man that’s awesome, traditional elevator buttons(in my experience) usually just glow white when pressed, it’s neat to see the builders take some initiatives and artistic liberties!

They did the same thing at the Circus Circus in Las Vegas where they kept the original exterior lanterns and indicators, but replaced the buttons and cab indicators. There are also red, green and blue lights with those elevators.

One time at my preschool I was riding the elevator and I was on the 1st floor with the doors open and then all of a sudden, the elevator starts moving with the doors completely open! I was very scared. But, it stopped, and me and my sister were able to get out of the elevator safely.

Man, this store was full of character, sad they closed it. Another one of my childhood elevators, and as with almost every elevator in this mall, installed in 1997.
