That’s not true. You have to send off all your paperwork before you get your concealed, have your background check ran, ect. Also, I hope you learned some basic gun safety rules since this filming 🤦🏻♂️

I'm thinking it achieves the effect using taught fibers or fabric with a core that extends like the plastic telescope style sabers, but maybe using metal or some clear durable polymer that extends in sections in the middle. I wonder how rigid it is.
