So apparently, in prisons, black people are saying white people do not have any culture. From a friend who had to go to down south prisons. Showed him tv series vikings he enjoyed said it was above his expectations then told me that rumor.. Thats wild, it would be like saying asian people don't. You would have to be poorly educated or blatantly racist to make a statement like that
