What if the leak is coming from the valve, underneath the deck? Can the problem still be inside the valve?

Do you have any feedback regarding Hot Springs? Particularly the Prism. I’m thinking of the Master Spa Twilight 8.25 vs. Hot Spring Prism. Master Spa prides itself for its US manufactured parts and insulation. Your video speaks volumes…

I'm happy with my Master Spa. It is covered by a pan roof but anything you leave completely outdoors like a car, boat, hot tub is going to fail eventually. Mine is a Precision 8 and has two motors a Balboa controller and looks much better than the one you reviewed. Maybe they improved them but I replaced a much older leisure bay that was great for 20 years. This one is massive and runs like a top. You can't let water get inside anything but I don't think from my research, that other brands are that much better. Jacuzzi moved to Mexico and several have budget models so you really have to be careful.

There are better brands than Master Spa, I can promise you that. If you are buying a Master Spa, don't buy it at one of their shows. They provide no service and no contact information when you have questions. What ends up happening is these road show guys sell you the Master Spa and then leave town. You are now calling dealers in your area looking for filters and parts for your Master Spa. They leave no information as to how to take care of your hot tub and no information on who to call for service. If you a buy a hot tub, buy it from a reputable dealer. Make sure that dealer offers good customer service in the store. Make sure they have their own service team and delivery team as well. If you are buying a hot tub, I would suggest checking Artesian or Bullfrog.

Master Spas and Artesian Spas.are likely the best made. Both are all Made In USA with non proprietary parts, have self supporting shells, full foam insulation,..etc. Jacuzzi manufacturers their tubs in Mexico which is the biggest drawback. *Maybe Trump can get the Jacuzzi to move their production back in the USA if he gets back in office. And If we survive this idiot communist Biden distrasturous economic polices) Other than moving the factory to Mexico, I think the review was a a bit harsh and seemed biased. Jacuzzi uses great quality Balboa circuit boards but yes, they are made according to Jacuzzis's specs. Proprietary parts isn't always bad. The prices aren't that much more than OEM Balboa or Gecko and are supposedely custom tailored to perform better. Jacuzzi's shells are strong and jets are very therapeutic. The UV bulb is simple to change out and the access panel is simple to take off. The LX jets are a Chinese brand that are made in Mexico but are pretty good quality. Jacuzzi tubs are decently put together. Hot Springs is another brand with proprietary parts and a factory in Mexico. Their hot tubs are also pretty good. I like their new Freshwater Salt System.. Their Highlife series spas are still made in the USA. Me personally, I like Jacuzzi's and Hot Springs' designs but will only buy a tub made in the USA as a matter of principle. *Nothing against Mexican workers.. in fact, I was told that many of the workers at the Hot Springs California factory actually live in Mexico and commute every day. I just want the factory to be in the United States. I currently own a Hot Springs Highlife Envoy and am very happy with it. Seems very well made. So far so good in 2 yrs. We ll see as the years go by. However, if I buy a new tub, I will seriously consider a Master Spas Legend Series it they are still made in USA.

Been a Jacuzzi/ Sundance salesman for the last 4 years. This man here is very i'll informed. He's using generalizations about other models to describe a Jacuzzi model hot tubs. At one point he says the products come from China and that is a completely false statement. They are made just over the border in mexico and assembled in Chino California. He does not tell you the shells on Jacuzzi are thick enough and strong enough to support the tub full of water without the wood frame and that the average lifespan of the Jacuzzi models is 20 years. Please I stress when you want to look at Jacuzzi models go to a qualified dealer and speak to a salesman, most times the salesman for Jacuzzi spas are trained extensively on the construction and operation of their models. This video appears to be almost a complete bash by someone who does not know the full details of how Jacuzzi manufactures their models.

I would strongly suggest researching other brands. Also, my comments were the pump is made in China, which it is. The LX pump is the preferred pump from LPI (comes out of the same factory in China). Jacuzzi is not a terribly made hot tub, however, it has problems. The shell is done through the same manufacturing process as $3,500 online hot tubs. MOST spas are self supporting shells. Doesn't make sense why Jacuzzis are around 30% more. I've been to several hot tub manufacturing plants, including Jacuzzi. Have you?

The Jacuzzi brand is now owned by Apollo Management per Wikipedia and is NOT affiliated with the Jacuzzi family who founded the original Jacuzzi company in 1915 and made their pump products in the USA. The original Jacuzzi family owned company has not been in business since 1979 when they sold the business to corporate conglomerate Walter Kidde, Inc. The Jacuzzi name is a trademark now recently owned by Apollo. Apollo also owns Sundance Spas, Dimension One Spas and Thermospas all of which are assembled in the same manufacturing plant in Mexico. Jacuzzi brand hot tubs are now assembled with LX Chinese pumps made in China by Guangdong LX Pump Company. Per online written Jacuzzi manufacturer's warranty, the wood frame and jets are warranted for only 2 years from the original date of purchase, not 5 years as only verbally promised by most Jacuzzi retailers. Warranty is only as good as what's written in warranty documentation from the manufacturer. Again, don't be fooled, Jacuzzi is now just a trademarked name owned by another company (Apollo) who assembles hot tubs in Mexico with the Jacuzzi logo, 2 year warranty and uses Chinese pumps.

Depends on where its coming from. You could submit photos at @t FL1 code is a flow error, make sure water line is proper, if you just drained and refilled it could be due to an air lock, dirty filters, or blocked suctions. If those don't fix the issues you may have a bad circulation pump, or bad first pump.

I repaired jacuzzi brand for years. The parts are covered for 5 years, including ozone. The cardboard is found on a lot of tubs, just as a dam for the foam, after that it serves no purpose. I have yet to see any wood rot on these tubs with the full belly pan. Any water that would get in will run down the inside of the panel and out the bottom

He's been in the industry a long time? He looks no older than me. Not the largest Jacuzzi fan, but I would make the argument that cardboard doesn't make the spa bad. He doesn't say why cardboard is bad? It's simply just to keep the foam from expanding beyond its spray area into the equipment area. He doesn't say why it is bad. Would it be better they used wood? Pressure treated wood to prevent foam expansion? Why would that be so much better? Proprietary parts are a stupid reason not to buy something. My car is full of them, it doesn't stop it from being a good product. Actually quite contrary. My proprietary parts in my vehicle make it work perfectly. If the Jacuzzi parts are widely available, who cares? They are not $700-$1000. He is just blowing smoke. I just googled Jacuzzi replacement circuit boards, and they top out at $600, with most being around $300-$400. Balboa, who is arguably the biggest and best player of circuit boards, have priced them the same. Finally... last point. You are 100% wrong on Clear Ray. Clear Ray I agree with you is a joke. But it's not ozone. It's UV-C. It's based off light exposure. UV-C IMO (again opinion) is worthless in hot tubs. Your review is a rant. Not a true review. It is an opinion based on no performance. Just you looking at a hot tub coming to conclusions based off nothing. The spa isn't even filled! Again, not a Jacuzzi fan, but I feel like you would get more traction on your channel if you actually shared some more constructive criticism versus ranting on a product you don't like.
