hey guysamare sounds it's goimg to be a great place to reviwe! i've seen samatha kow's post on it she dld a pretty decent job! food revwes are the gaedest thing to do! . everyone has a different opinion you g have to be super ojctive when it comes to that. the food looked eexclent there. i feel like it wiuld be worth your time and the orice to go there. thanks so much as always! ps. i know whatwver you guys end up saying about it, especially kmowing dave will be pretty spot om snd honest. i genuinely trust you on food.

Now I wanna show you how I do my mashed potatoes. 😆 and it does involve a bit of mayo in the end. P.s. “this is the way” in carving that bird. That’s how Tony carves too. It’s perfect.

Here is my ballpark recipe. Peel potatoes and immediately drop into cold water. Drain that water. Refill pot with cold water. Dice potatoes for cooking. Place in new cold water again (you’re removing the starch so they don’t turn into glue). When the water is clear, and not cloudy, boil. After boiling, strain cooked potatoes. Rinse the boiling pot well, if mashing in same cook pot. (Remove the starch). Place one stick of unsalted butter sliced in rinsed pot. Place hot potatoes on top. Let butter melt. Mash with masher. Add some milk. Get out your hand mixer, and start mixing. Add more milk when needed. Salt. Pepper. When they are almost whipped smooth, add about two or three tablespoons of Dukes mayo. Whip with mixer for one minute. Turns mashed potatoes into clouds. But yours looked pretty awesome as well. Incorporate what you wish. And not everybody loves my texture. Everybody is different. (Thank goodness)

We're Serious nature lovers and feel AK is a bit underrated. I mean, the Theming alone is Totally Amazing!!!
