Will you be my mentor! Do you offer coaching? I’ve been doing stronglifts 5x5 for 4-5 months in a deficit and went from 210 to 185 at 1800 calories. My weight loss and compound lifts have come to a halt. I see from your videos I took the wrong approach and cut too many calories now I’m thinking of reverse dieting back up my metabolism is the problem now I think .. was also doing too much cardio 1 hour a day minimum. Thanks for all your advice and sharing your story!

Great video Braydon. Definitely accurate. Would’ve been bigger and stronger . But work and other responsibilities got me only sleeping 4-5 Monday -Friday. Get to only sleep in on the weekends

Because I'm learning myself and at the risk of sounding like an idiot. Rdls, DLs and the like benefit a lot out of a elongation of the ham or posterior muscle in general ya not to mention the stressful environment that is DLs to adapt from? It doesn't look like there is a large stretch in the posterior chain. Can lord Braydon explain to me the purpose behind this?

Unilateral training tends to remove some load while not removing the overall mechanical tension on a muscle. This is just another variation.

We have engineers who are cringe-worthy and monotheists (logic and illogical - contradiction) and are married(not highly logical). They like to hob-nob with wrong-class. They like to say-do-interfere in things that are wrong-discipline(major in university). They like to tailor clothes and present themselves well, on the outside, like women. They are right next to military wanting to be millionaires and mingle with higher-class (uniformed-service is lowest). These do-not know their place, do-say type-mismatch. Politicians to military to religions... We know nigerian conmen and zimbabwe dollar and women. Women are present in many societies as a benchmark performance reference-point/anchor-point for dataset-trend profiling. We see influencers. We know stuff. Loud and well-dressed for the presentation from monotheism about getting-married to feed parasite for life... These are volunteering shields. Others have - chinese-proverbs.

hey braydon! just wanted to thank you for your advice. since hearing about your channel and practicing these tips for better fitness 2-3 years ago, i weighed 230+. now i weigh just under 180 and i am noticeabley more defined and feel great. motivation skyrocketed while at the same time, my depression has significantly declined. i can finally say that all my hard work and stress have paid off. thank you again ❤

Lets see you run your mouth the same way when your kid is in school, band, baseball, scocer, and other after school activites and you sacrifice sleep so you can have more time to be involved in their life. Its easy when you have a baby.

From everything I’ve seen and ppl I know that’s blast TRT it will cause hair loss if you’re prone to it. If you don’t have baldness in your genes you’re good if you do it will speed up the process.

I just started doing Bulgarian split squats, and was doing the bench with my step being way out and was almost tipping over. Your tip makes way more sense, so I’m excited to try it out!
