Love it, but can't use oil for health reasons, has anyone tried these steamed, baked or in an air fryer? Green bananas are loaded with healthy resistant starch for a healthy microbiome/immunity, so I love to use them! Look up "green banana biomass", an easy, healthy replacement for fats, eggs, cream, and thickeners in a whole food plant based diet!

That's looks healthy, never thought I'd ever say dat abt noodles. Will definitely try that for the family not much spices I think it was just Cummin seeds only u added. Last vid I watched you said its healthier using coconut oil instead of olive oil when cooking, can I use coconut oil for this recipe?
@briandlamini22673 жыл бұрын
Love the energy n character, deffinetly look foward to trying that out. It's a shame cant show off to my wife as she avoids tomatoes n spices due to ulcers. Overall clear video great voice n very neat cooking.

What is the make and model of your combo blender and food processor?????

I believe plantains are more appropriate for this recipe. Also, perhaps a biding agent, one egg mixed with the grounded plantains.
@brendanicholas87793 жыл бұрын
Coconut oil is not best for frying either. You need to use grapeseed oil.

I noticed your wedding ring. How does your wife feel about you cooking for your girlfriend?
@1sr03 жыл бұрын
Your assumption here is that just because westerners wear a ring on that finger as a sign of marriage, you decided that the whole world follows that rule. Deadly combination of ignorance and arrogance!

Coconut oil is absolutely not good to cook in.. never add heat to coconut oil.. try using grapeseed oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, or hemp oil .. these oils can be used for pan frying, deep frying, baking, etc.

@Nweisha4 жыл бұрын
this is a late comment but i just saw this video clip today. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I'm gonna try this soon. I have few questions: the first is... was it plantain banana you used? It was already in the pot cooked when you started the instructions so I was not able to see what type of banana you boiled. If it was not plantain and just ordinary banana, was it unripe or was it ripe? The last question is what was that seasoning you used right after salt and before the ground black pepper. Again thanks for sharing.
@malabikakulkarni72413 жыл бұрын
Let me help you. He used in ripe plantains, so he boiled it. After salt he added a pinch of Dash’s mixed herbs . Hope this helps
