I would love to see a nasal rinse like a netti pot used

So nice to find the name for this! I’ve always done it. Would show it off in school. Now I do it occasionally as a a sort of quick rest or break for my eyes, such as when changing from one activity to another. I activate it blurring my focus and then sort of exerting internal pressure on the inside of eyes.

Does tirzepatide help sleep apnea by virtue of facilitating weight loss, or does it independently help with sleep apnea?

Turning the corner on this one. It's a brutal illness. It hurts so much to cough, i mean really hurts. Luckily the pain stops after you completed your cough.

I've found gpt very helpful with my geriatric dogs. Not many vets have experience with elderly animals. Treating it as a very knowledgeable but also drunk person is useful. I throw their full history, blood test results etc into it, tell it that it is a specialist vet consulting with a student and tell it to ask me questions to find out more to find a diagnosis. Don't generally just ask it what's wrong, you'll get confidently wrong or incomplete answers. Half the benifit comes from getting extra history, symptoms that you thought were inconsequential or hadn't thought of as a symptom. O1 is amazing at interpreting all the information and getting you diagnosis and importantly suggesting unusual, rare or missed diagnosis. Giving different intial prompts to a few instances telling each that it is portraying different specialists that are collaborating together in a conversation on a diagnosis can be useful too. Studies showed greatly increased diagnostic power from this approach.

and since most insurance doesn't cover injectible weight loss coverage this will be only available to upper class.. it costs $550-$650 per 4 weeks.of vials. Only the rich can afford to be thin.. so weird
