Needs a distinctive super tall that lets the world know it's Nashville like every other city. The Bat Building is the only building that has a distinctive look but it's too short.

They are getting one 750 feet finally, its about time, also if st. Regis is aprooved, it should stand over 600 ft too. Finally some taller buildings, I think Nashville will start getting more taller in the next few years

Madrid looks like a Capital City SHOULD Look! - Functional, Orderly, and aloof, yet - REGAL! It doesn't look touristy, compared to some other cities in Spain, and although it might look a bit boring from above, it's great to see how much Green Space the Government has created! - and when you're down, walking the narrow streets of the Old Quarters, Madrid is a Magnificent City!...certainly NOT Boring, whatsoever. VIVA Madrid!
