Once i got fainted i don't know due to low sugar or something else, good thing is i was wearing a helmet and when I fell over the median there was no heavy vehicle behind me, even though i had injuries and my helmet was damaged i didn't get any head injury, so please were a good helmet when your riding a two wheelers 🙏.
