Squirrel monkeys are the dumbest breed of monkeys. Poor people tend to gravitate towards them because they’re more affordable than say a spider or especially a capuchin.

Scratching is likely because she's highly anxious. If you want to continue having a problem then keep on bathing them right after you take them out. SM's HATE water and hate bathing. There is no need to bath them every day.

Poor little things don't seem happy or look contented with you. Do you really think monkeys poop is what viewers want to see.

He’s a two petrified monkeys which will never grow old because they will either die of being not properly cared for or they will be disposed of when they get too old they live to be 20 to 30 years old and cost thousand dollars a year to take care ofthat’s why you never see these people show the same monkeys more than a year or two at the most

Why do you insist on having him covered up. You can’t massage him without the blanket?? That’s really weird behaviour.

Why do you put all those clothes on them. It’s heat there’s sun let them be free and let their entire bodies get some sun. There’s no need for all that thick ridiculous clothing.

These monkeys are suffering. Should have never stolen them from their moms.

Poor things are sucking their thumbs like the macaques do. It shows the extreme stress they are under. Those monkeys need to cling 24/7 from birth to about 4 months before they starts venturing out. If you are not willing to be a substitute mother in every way, why did you get them? If you think it’s inconvenient to have a monkey clinging to you for 4 months, imagine taking a human baby and putting it in a cage, with the only contact it gets is when the mother feels like “cuddling”. These animals have the same emotions we do. If you raised a human child like you are easing these primates, it would be certifiable before 2 years of age.

Poor little creatures. And for what? To say you have a monkey and show it off? You will slowly drive this sensitive creature insane, then dump it off somewhere else, just like Mojo monkey. Thank God they are illegal in some states at least.

If you think they bite now just wait. No amount of diapering and snuggles and cute dressing will change them from a wild primate into a domesticated pet.

Re: your other video with 'Clyde'. He is not aggressive at that age - he is telling you he isn't happy and I don't blame him. You seem highly anxious, likely from being afraid to be bitten, and you handle him like a parcel of something nasty that might come undone at any minute! Maybe get some advice from an experienced monkey owner because neither of you are enjoying diaper changes (and likely other things too) at this moment.

This is so sad. They are both terrified. Babies cling to their mother when young, even kf they were scared if either of them felt safe witb you at all theyd be clinging to you instead of the blankets. Theyre terrified.

Take the freaking excessive clothing OFF! Not only is the clothing NOT CUTE, it impedes the babies’ movement. They need to be able to move freely. How would you like to spend all if your time bundled up like that? This is one of the most abusive channels I’ve seen.

I understand diapers but the cloths are a choking hazzard my friends monkeys dress about killed her ine day she got to playing with and turnred blue nedless to say no more cloths for Pinky she is trained to go out side or use a childs potty chair

They are so traumatized. I have never seen two squirrel monkeys so exploited. They can barely move in all that crap. The one on the stuffy has extreme separation anxiety and is constantly.soothing two ways (clinging and sucking) The other is clinging neurotically to the towel. Its probably the only time it feels safe enough to not scream. Just a tip you would think is obvious, but apparently not, they aren't supposed to vocalize non stop all the time. God it must be going hoarse half the time.

Hi. I am always looking for your videos when they post. I would love to hear your thoughts and feelings about monkey ownership now that you have had them for a while. Things that you like, dislike, didn’t expect, how is reality different than what you dreamed it would be? I think that all if this is very important to those on the fence or ready to bite the bullet.

Just wondering why Bonnie has to wear so much.

In my opinion these monkeys aren’t happy.

I don't know where these monkeys are but they will die of heat stroke if these people keep covering up them with all these blankets. Monkeys do not need to be covered up like this. People are nuts.

Have they become friendlier?

Just wondering…why do they wear those outfits that look like some sort of costume? Like I said, just wondering. Not judging.

There's quite a bit of poo in the tray. They must go a lot. I know they usually go right after they eat so what makes sense. I'm glad you took my advice on the monkey biscuits. It's so vitally important that they get those since all the nutrients they need are in there. They've grown so much. Getting to be a bit more difficult it seems. If memory serves, the males become of breeding age significantly sooner than the females. I wasn't sure if you knew that. Also, the milk feeder you have might be more comfortable for them if it were placed a bit higher. They would be more stretched out while nursing from their mom in the wild. Just a thought. You seem to be doing great with them. Don't forget to let them know who the alpha female is. That's a huge part of keeping them in line. The older they get, the more they're going to challenge you. Especially Bonnie since you're both females. In a wild troop there is an alpha female and alpha male that are in charge so don't be afraid to establish your dominance over Bonnie and make sure your husband does the same with Clyde.

It fascinates me that they almost instinctively knew to suck on those nubs. Also, just curious why they wear all those clothes. Are they cold?
