Your dislike of Citizens Initiatives is glaringly obvious. Every time one passes it exposes just how Lawmakers in Tally are more interested in ruling instead of representing. Also, unfortunately, they prove their disrespect for Floridians by the ugly laws they pass for implementing those Citizens Initiatives or by even ignoring them. That the 2 of you didn't own up to your biases was dishonest.

Amendment 4 stops the current extreme 6-week ban, when most women don't even know they are pregnant, and so has no real exceptions for rape and incest. Amendment 4 also gives women and their doctors freedom to make healthcare decisions without government interference in a most private of life situations, while at the same time Amendment 4 maintains existing parental rights. It's a good step towards improving the current bad situation women face here for their quality of life and their health. According to a recent report from The Commonwealth Fund, Florida ranks a low 48 out of 50 states and Washington, D.C. for health care coverage, access and affordability for women. For prenatal care, Florida is last. Amendment 4 is a good amendment. That's why I'm voting 'yes.'

Please people, think for yourself! Why would one corporation pay out $100 million dollars to get this ridiculous amendment into the FL constitution!!? This opens a Nefarious crack in the rights of individual citizens. It needs to be a LEGISLATIVE law with input from THE PUBLIC and laws can be changed easier than constitutional amendments.
