In the Description it dated February 2016. I had just lost my former husband, what I would not have given to have such FUN BEING ON THE WATER. I never been on a house boat nor do I know anything about HOUSEBOATS OR RENTALS.

You have a flat screen tv in the living room, so this was not filmed in 1970, you might ant to try a little higher resolution camera next time.

For that being a up grade it sure looks old fashioned and out dated. I hv seen older boats remodeled that look a 100 times better. Looks like a old motel.

Bill, this is the largest and newest rental houseboat on the market. Take a look at www.statedock.com for all the rental houseboat choices. State Dock Marina on Lake Cumberland has the largest fleet of rental houseboats in one location - more houseboats than anywhere else in the U.S. Check out the website - they are all very lovely.
