That last phase just doesn't seem fun. Basically no opportunity to counter-attack unless you happen to be facing wherever it teleports in, because it's just there and gone so fast; it could have used an occasional set of two shots from one position, or just a pause every few shots.

I'm not sure if by cheat code you think I used external means to set-up the second half of the video, cuz I didn't, it was all thx to the "Extra Configuration" mode, that much I remember, but I have no idea what combination of ones and zeros is needed to recreate that scenario, I also don't remember if you can play more than one stage without reverting back to the Rock Buster.

1. FCEUX 2. There are 2 different types of ROM hacks. The first one requires simply patching the hacked file on top of 1 original ROM, I recommend Lunar IPS for those, the second one requires all 6 Rockman NES ROMs, each ROM named "rockman1", "rockman2" and so on, on the same folder as the custom patcher you can download on Puresabe's website, after those conditions are met, open the custom patcher and press "Patch". Everything has to be uncompressed and only use japanese ROMs. I hope this helps.

I looked in the file and it seems that H stands for holy instead of heal, and try as I made, I can't get it's desperation attack to trigger as it keeps sacrificing itself to heal the others. Is there a way to get the star before hand

I must admit that I got remarkably lucky in this particular replay, the fact that I got a perfect run before the 10 hour mark is a miracle on itself, because of this I´d like to point out a few highlights. First of all, I got distracted by my Roku at the very beginnig, so I didn´t deal massive damage to Poison at 0:25, while it has the easiest tier 2 attack, ultimate attack and desperation mode, it has 1 of the hardest to avoid tier 3 attacks and his tier 1 attack has a nasty habit of dealing cheap shots right after dodging higher tier attacks from other Mecha Dragons, which makes it a priority target, usually the 3rd one. Thunder shouldn´t have died at 1:41, my original plan was to save Fire and Thunder for last (with Dark being the 3rd to last) since the latter has the easiest to avoid tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 attacks, but both its ultimate attack and desperation mode are pretty mid; any permutation of these 3 Mecha Dragons is ideal for phase 4 and phase 5, I just went for Fire because I really like the OG fireball. The tier 3 attack from 1:54 shouldn´t have happened in the 1st place, because Poison woulda had 7 HP at most at that point, that move gets me at least 50% of the time. I don´t really have a strat for the tier 3 attack at 2:15, I usually avoid the cardinal and ordinal directions from the center but the 8 final black holes can come from basically any angle (always separated by 45 degrees, tho); interestingly enough, Dark is the only Mecha Dragon with 2 tier 2 attacks but I guess it wasn´t feeling very imaginative this time around, the one not shown is a white hole that pushes you away. My biggest blunder took place at 2:45, I didn´t pull out a precise maneuver or anything, I accidentally slipped and tried to get back to my normalized setup ASAP, I generally avoid that ultimate attack by staying on the very left of the top left platform and running off to the bottom right platform when it is about to fire (and even like this it gets me like 1/4 of the time), but somehow I evaded the Atomic Fires. After such mistake went unpunished near the end, I could literally feel my own hearth beating. Overall I'm very satisfied with this video, I managed to showcase a wide variety of hard to avoid attacks and to share it relatively early with my Discord friends; now we can only wait for the next installment of the series, I´m glad Snake Man is last because they keep outdoing themselves every time and he´s one of my favorite robot masters completely due to nostalgia. I hate that whenever I see him in a Rockman 3 ROM hack, he only receives speed and jump height buffs, while fan games that feature him do get creative and crazy, we´ll see in a year what they can come up with in original hardware.

The Mecha Dragons: P = (Dunno what this one stands for, but it's the one that uses Water and Ice attacks. The Cyan one.) F = Fire W = Wind, the original palette one T = Thunder, the one you see in the good ending M = Mecha, the grey one H = Holy, the White one that acts as a healer D = Dark, the dark blue one that uses black holes
