I feel that he also did the older teacher dates younger student but he had the sense to have one of his other student characters turn in the older teacher. Whereas Marlene goes and marries the younger student with the older teacher. That finale wedding could’ve been Emily and Alison or Toby and Spencer or Caleb and Hanna but no we had to have the disgusting inappropriate relationship be the one that ends the show

It’s established in the first episode that Cleo can’t swim, 🏊🏻‍♀️ and she’s afraid of the water, but yeah, there is a paddle in the boat so she could’ve row herself to the dock

I totally agree with everything, the romanticization and normalization that they gave to an issue as serious as the relationship between an adult and a minor is incredible, Honestly, after thinking about why the writers or producers, directors or whoever, I came to the conclusion that seemed the most obvious to me since the entire show got away with it and that is that it is the fantasy of someone with a lot of money and power to create this, and it's so disgusting that no one has been "canceled" for this, it's so hypocritical By the way, the relationship between Lorenzo and Ali should have also been mentioned, he clearly looks like he's 30 something Regarding Ezra, there were times when I fast forwarded the episode so as not to see him, those maniacal eyes and cynical smile of his, before he was "the villain", he was creepy, never liked him

guys, maybe like most relationships in the show were adult /minor is cuz like, maybe, possibly, the ppl writing it wwre ped0s. like i honestly can't think of another reason at this point. Yes! I love this movie :) Amanda Bynes is amazing and so pretty in this. She gets to wear some great outfits (especially that purple dress ❤) and her love interest was so gorgeous to me 😍 plus his voice is asmr. I remember liking the soundtrack along with the story and the sad and funny parts.... I don't think I ever realised how alike the end bit was to Cinderella with the stepmother locking Daphne in a room. Her mom gets her out I think and in the disney animation, it's the little animal friends that do. I also remember in the movie theatre when Daphne says she's going to give her stepsister what she deserves, me and my friend thought she was going to punch her 🤣
