Remember when Kat and Alice held hands and jumped into the pond, but the pond pulled them apart by force, as Alice returned to the 2000s, and Kat ended up in 1814. Colton and Evelyn may have jumped into the pond holding hands; however, the pond may have chosen not to allow Evelyn to enter (time travel), whereas it did allow Colton to enter another era. It's possible that Evelyn knew about Colton's time travel whether she had ever time-traveled herself.

As I was watching this episode I started feeling that Elizabeth isn't on Lucas's level and that means that they changed the original Elizabeth that came from Hamilton and was worldly and adventurous and aspired to change the world which is so fit for Lucas. Now she is a home maker and good teacher but not beyond that. Nathan and her have no spark and it is extreme when you see how intriguing the bit of Lucas and Eddie's interactions are. It reminded me what an interesting exciting character Lucas is

I really think there's something "fishy" with the whole Lee's prime timberland --> resort --> national park --> cattleman's association pastureland storyline. It all just doesn't add up. Did Lee really own all the land we saw on the map last week...and more? Because the "area" for the resort is not the same as the "area" for the national park. Maybe Edie was meaning mathematical area. She was quite dismissive about this...like she didn't really want to be questioned more about it. Are there wolves prowling and cattle grazing on the same land? This week, we saw Lee and Mike using a machete to cut through the undergrowth to make "Goldie's Trail"....and we are to believe that cows are grazing in this undergrowth? How come Lee didn't know about the shared use of his prime timberland? To me, this is a more intriguing mystery than the mystery of the double-headed eagle gold coins. Is anybody else trying to figure this out? And, according to Lucas, Edie is not what she appears to be...remember, Lucas "reads" people, and so far we haven't yet seen him make an inaccurate assessment, except maybe at the beginning of his relationship with Jeanette.

They really need to post more promo clips of Lucas and the other characters. I am not interested in seeing N&E in the clips. I don't like seeing them kiss.

Does anyone remember in season 2, episode titled Here without You. Evelyn tells Del after she agrees to keep the kids name out of the paper that "it must be nice to be surrounded by Colton's". That line has always confused me until now that we are in season three.

The friend group gathered together at the Point Cafe after their High School graduation including Kat, Elliot, Nick, and Monica. They were all wearing their cap and gowns. Kat commented that she wished Alice were there to celebrate with them, and that she really missed Alice. Nick said she wasn't the only one (who had also wished the same thing.) Is it possible that the baby in the Moses basket is Jacob Landry who also has the same remarkable bright blue eyes, while Colton, Del, and Kat all have brown eyes? I suspect there is a link between the postmarked envelopes in Del's dresser drawer, with the threatening letters Colton and Del were receiving in the 1990s regarding their shared SECRET, and the recent letter(s) that have suddenly resumed in 2024/2025 now that adult Jacob has returned home to Port Haven and the whole world saw the press conference on television. Kat and Jacob are approximately nine years apart in age. That is a significant age gap between the siblings. Could it be that Colton and Del lost a baby through either miscarriage, stillbirth, or something else, and struggled with getting pregnant again, so when they came upon the infant in the Moses basket WITH A HAND WRITTEN LETTER, they considered him a gift? Just like when Rebecca found young Jacob (from 1999) at the pond and considered him a gift after losing her and Elijah's baby? They took eight-year-old Jacob into their home and raised him in the 1800s as their own. Perhaps Colton and Del did the same with baby Jacob. Also, could young Vic have been messing around (like he did with young Colton's new guitar) and grabbed the steering wheel of Ric's car on the way home from the Cove causing the accident? Could that guilt have enhanced Victor's festering meanness over the years? As a child, Victor was a brat. As an adult, he became a relentless bully and an emotional terrorist, especially in his treatment of Elliot. Could Elliot have given his mother's wedding ring to his ex-wife? Will Elliot reach out to her, regarding the possibility of getting it back for Victor; which may ultimately bring her to Port Haven? If Victor intends to give his first wife's ring to his new fiance, Laura, I would consider that inappropriate.

He did a great job in the first two episodes of season 12. I'm sure he'll go far!

I don’t find it cringey with them playing tag and chasing each other. I saw it as them playing with Little Jack. If Little Jack wasn’t in that scene, then it absolutely would’ve been cringey for me as well. I think Edie is going to have a role into having Lucas, Lee and Rosemary reconcile with each other.

I truly believe Edwin has been the villain since season 10 and has Lucas under some kind of spell, and Lucas will wake up and confront Edwin. I enjoyed the introduction of the lady from the cattle association who will not lie to please Edwin, and I do believe she will be a friend and supporter for Lucas. I loved the childrens storyline with the comic books and Henry helps the children earn money to buy the comic books I really love all the new storylines that includes everyone not just about Elizabeths love life. Emilys going to be the new Fiona Miller with Henry with Joseph The story of the new cadet Oliver and all of his new work with Mounty Nathan may pay off and we may find out something about Edwins past ? I am enjoying the new storyline with Nathan and Oliver Nathan wanted to find and build Olivers confidence and know his strength and weakness. This was a clever way Nathan knew Oliver needed to grown self esteem. As for Elizabeth and Nathans storyline the writers are doing this deliberately so Lucas fans dont get too upset. I believe the writers need to calm Rosemary and Lee down the writers need to focus on Lucas storyline there is not enough time for the shows episodes I agree about the story repeats. I agree with you about the writers are doing a terrible job with the Lee and Rosemary with Lucas. I was never a Lucas fan however I dont like the direction the writers have written all three this season. As for Mai and Mike I pray they dont turn them into Clara and Jessie please let them me Mai and Mike and just marry Elizabeth and Nathan at the end of season 12 so we can all focus Lucas and his new friend and ally the lady from the Cattle Association and how they are going to focus on jobs and the economy and providing food for the state. I find it really sad how they wrote Rosemary's reaction to Lee leaving town. They wrote it like Rosemary couldn't handle life with ou him for awhile. It was like they forgot that she was a self-sufficient independent woman I did like to see the conversation between Rosemary and Nathan. The two of them are important to Elizabeth so it is nice to see them get along well.

Make Edwin the villian and leave Lucas alone
