I bought two of these before they sold out and so far I think it’s performance is better than the price and worth buying. My knife for last ditch self defense is a Microtech Ultra Tech with Elmax steel because my life could depend on it and that is it’s only function. My EDC beater is a Piranha P-1 Pocket with 154 CM steel. I have been using this for a few weeks and it’s been great , does everything I needed it to do.

I bought 37 of those better than a Benchmade knives 😂😂

Honestly I was impressed with mine. I opened the packaging and was actually amazed at how smooth the action is. Nit-pick it all you want, but there's a good reason these knives are so hard to find right now. I called Wal Mart customer service and they told me they don't know when or if they'll get any more of these! If I had to guess.....it will be some time before they do, and when they hit the shelves they'll be gone quick!

As a retirement job I run the sporting goods dept. at my local Walmart at night. This knife sold out quickly. I've tried to order it more times than you can think for a restock. I was surprised to find out though that this, along with others, will be available in a display of multiple knives for the holidays and likely why there are so few to go around for general display. Ozark Trail is a great knife for the tackle box, glove box and tool box imho. I'm never displeased with them as you never lose much of you break or lose the knife - but it works and works well when you need it. I do EDC an Ozark Trail in camo with a stainless blade. Razor sharp always and dulls quickly. But not a huge loss if it gets destroyed.

Ad20.5 in 3v, drop bear in s90v, vision fg in s35vn. There aren't many bugouts I would get. M4 and s90v might be it

My carry was once again the Surge. I think I use the mini prybar more than anything else- opening Echo chainsaw oil caps, paint lids, etc.

I get what you're saying, and I have no doubt that it is worth the money. I have enough cheaper knives from before I was willing to spend more, so I just don't really need another. I am impressed that it has that good if a heat treat, though.
