By far the best one I’ve seen, his animation is mind blowing. Made me cry more than once and was so heart felt ❤ purely amazing movie I already ordered the poster! 😆

I slightly disagree. I felt like the movie felt heavily animalistic > human, and that's exactly what made it felt relatable. We often don't discuss this in this way, but we're very animal-like in how we interact on a tribal-level. Also, having black cat, it's depiction was incredibly moving and (sometimes) heartbreaking. Excellent review all around w/ a slight disagreement.

Biopics tend to be boring, but there is often good performance in it. I am sure Tim is good as Bob and this may be good to catch on streaming, but for whatever reason, biopic usually are dry and yes boring. Same with recent Bob Marley biopic. Boring. Walk The Line was good however.

Well, i liked it. Thought it was gonna b a pirates of the caribbean sort of deal with depp. Thx god it wasnt. Felt more like Master and Commander. Mature, deep atmosphere. The place the situation and climate were not just back drops but very well played characters. Just like being out on the ocean on a ship. I hope there will be a follow up. like master and commander i think they can still make one movie, exactly like the first but from aboard Acheron. The whole movie opposite to the first, Acheron hunting the far side of the world Surprise. How they ambushed Russel Crow, how they navigated Drake. That would be imo a worth while film. Better than any sequel. An actual different perspective. Maybe they can do that too with this film. Something meaningful instead of just a cash grab.

This film was absolutely phenomenal. Pure art and so profound and affecting. I walked home is a daze after seeing it today and it is many hours later and it still hasn't left me. So many themes and so, so much to say. It's for everyone and has so much to teach.

You are a very decent movie critique in my opinion but you should definetly make a major change about how you pick your movies. Instead of talking about one movie per video, you might try a different concept. Such as "What I watched this month" and talk about the movies shortly and give your rating to them. Also, you might review old movies that people might have missed, foreign movies etc...
@user-de5xb2up6x10 күн бұрын
For example... If you watch a movie that you think it is horrible (1 out of 5 stars), instead of making a long video about it, make a 60 seconds short about it, if you don't want to make a short, you can include it to your "What I watch this month" video...
@user-de5xb2up6x10 күн бұрын
You can make videos like... "My top 10 French Movies" etc... Endless video options like this...

This has the same aesthetics as modern Zelda games...and probably, I am trying to predict, that Nintendo or Sony could be interested in making game sequels of the Flow in partnership with Zilbalodis label. BTW Zilbalodis mean Blue-dove.. I would make a Studio brand name from this.

I honestly thoroughly enjoyed The Order. Thought it was one of the best crime thrillers I’ve seen in awhile. Enough action, and interesting story line, that actually had thematic material. Most crime thrillers nowadays are just shoot em ups, or border into horror, so it was refreshing to see a character driven crime movie.
@etrisb16 күн бұрын
This was really frustrating to listen to because I don't think you quite understood the middle section of this episode. As Roger Pocock explains so well in his blog: And then comes the twist that makes the episode so amazing, with Booth sent back to the present day with the cruel words, “why don’t you go back where you came from? We don’t want you here.” The music stops, the lights go down, and Laura remains in the spotlight for a moment, a look of desperately sad longing on her face. The penny drops. Not only was Laura dead, Booth’s best friend Barney was, and also the club steward. This wasn’t the past. It was heaven, and Booth had to be turned away so he could live his life first. “Acting. They were acting for me. They wanted me to go back to my own life, and live it.” We are left with the thought of how hard that must have been for Laura. She wanted Booth as much as he wanted her, and had to pretend she didn’t, for his sake. What a moment.

This is not among my favorites, but I don't hate it, largely because I like several of the actors. Shelley Fabares' character Ellen is quite likable, so I do care in the end that she's going to be killed along with all other earthlings. Consequently, I can identify with Scott trying to persuade his leader that this mission is wrong. Note that the production didn't "give" particular episodes to Hamner. The stories were all his ideas that he submitted. Also, you say, "we don't know what the original screenplay was." Actually, we do. The book "The Twilight Zone Scripts of Earl Hamner" contains all eight of his scripts "in their original teleplay format" (back cover). On p. 14, Hamner is quoted as saying, "I do not recall any major changes being made by production personnel in any of my scripts. Once in a while Rod would modify the opening or closing I had written for him but he kept the sense of what I had written." So far, I've only noticed very minor changes in the rest of the scripts, such as removing a couple of Hamner's words from a sentence. FYI: "This is my brother Daryl, and this is my other brother Daryl..." was dialogue from characters on Newhart.
