No, but I voluntarily entered debt review before I defaulted because the interest on all my debts was too high, I would have eventually gone into high arrears. So, as far as I know, debt review is a legal process though the arbiter is a debt counselor rather than a lawyer. Maybe they offer this discount when they don't have a customer locked down, such that they are unsure if they will be able to recover any of the money at all. These corporates 🙄
