Please also ventilate while using lead-free solder. Due to the higher temperature during soldering, there are often other toxic chemicals included.

That soldering iron is overpriced and the tips are proprietary. That's a big nope from me. Amateurs will buy it just because of the brand name and don't know any better.

9:19 I don’t think there’s such a thing as a “web usb enabled browser”. I think the device simply acts as a server, acquiring and IP and exposing a certain port which you can simply access through the browser, like you would access any website, and that server offers a web graphical user interface which you can simply use…

Update on using LightBlue Bean in the current MacOS environment. Current Mac's don't support compiling LBB on Arduino, (needed 32bit OS?, or some other obsolete compile error). But new Macs will connect to LBB through the Bean Loader App. My old Intel Mac would compile but not connect to LBB because of Bluetooth short comings. On the Intel Mac turn on the verbose reporting option during upload setting in the Arduino app. (Bean Loader is not compatible with Arduino 2.x, use 1.8.x; you still need to associate Arduino 1.8.x from Bean Loader.) When you "upload" you will find that the very last half of the very last line of the upload verbosity will point you to the directory location of the compiled hex file. Un-hide the hidden files in the finder; (cmd-shift-period), navigate to that folder and copy the hex file to the new Mac. Use Bean loader on the new Mac to upload to the LightBlue Bean. (menu option to open hex file, connect to LBB, upload). Bingo LBB is working again. I recommend that you DO NOT upgrade the LBB's firmware. I did that and I think it is part of the reason I can't upload via Bluetooth on some older Macs.)

the irony here is all those tools & accessories in their rollup kit but only one soldering tip with no option to order at least one more extra tip. preorders today will be delivered in 2025. if your new tip goes bad, where are all the extra tips? preorder should at least throw in a second one. as the saying goes, 3 is 2, 2 is 1, 1 is none.

Carl Bugeja did it first and this is seems very much inspired from him. It's a better version tho, cause he struggled with this quite a bit. But yes, Carl Bugeja did do it first, given that i am writing this comment to a video that's a months and Carl's was 5 months ago, it's safe to say that Carl was 4 months early on this

Nice intro. I ran across it yesterday, and I've already thought of a bunch of ways I can use it, so I ordered one! I also ordered a case on Amazon that has room for the extra interface boards that I'm gonna make. Beware, though, of where you order your Flipper. Apparently there are "scam" sites that offer discount prices, but they'll either just steal your card info, never send you anything, or any combo of nefarious things. Only order from the bonafide manufacturer! (I'm assuming links in the video.) 👍👍

If the input port on the back of the power supply has data. Then you could buy a usb c wifi adapter and plug into it. TBH. Dont really know why you would want wifi on it though.

Dave, you're right, the battery is bigger! 5,200 mAh was a mistake on our part in some of the printed materials. The equivalent battery pack mAh is 15,600, or 55 Watt-hours.
