Excellent video. Disassembled my pump andbfound no issues but water doesn't seem to be getting to the pump. Possible this is unloader?

@@phillipmcgill1328 I do my search in diferents manuals and mesage annovi reverberi in europe and usa. Is a temperature thing 30w is basic for cold climate. But non detergent oil is not the best because the lack of detergent. In the past i use briggs sttraton brand pump oil and was 75w-90. Runnig fine. If your pump have a tag of 15w-40 just use diesel oil. Walmart Supertech or any 15w40. Y post here the specs

@@phillipmcgill1328 rs, rss, rsv all this pumps oil chart say: 30w, 40w, 10w30, 10w40,15w40, 20w50, 10w60, 20w60, 5w30, 0w30. All depend your home temperature in mi opinión 15w40 is the correct in Usa im in Puerto Rico I use 20w50 Change this fluid no more than 33 hour if you want this pump live forever 25 to 33 hour.

Mi pressure washer was filled in Sears with briggs stratton pump fluid 75w90 the second change i use the same 75w90. Like 2 years ago switch to 20w50 walmart super tech is running fine.

Does this pump use the AR64516 16 oz bottle crankcase oil? or just SAE 30 engine oil in general?

You can use a 30w non-detergent pump oil. I work in the industry, we have gotten a thumbs up from AR on this. Often it us labeled as pump oil or air compressor oil at your local hardware stores.

This may be a dumb question but how to you change the oil when the pump is installed?

Remove the oil drain plug to drain, remove the fill plug to fill. Fill plug is the red colored cap seen in the video, drain plug is seen at 00:40 when he flips the pump over. When mounted to the engine the fill plug is on top, the drain -bottom. Don't overfill pump with oil.

My annovi pump will build pressure to the rated pressure maximum (about 2400 psi), but when I activate the wand trigger the pressure drops to 600-800 psi. The inlet hose is good, the water supply is good, the hose, gun and nozzles are all new. What's going on?

My guess is thw UNLOADER remove as in video and oil clean it with WD40 and reinstall. Worked for me,

Is their a video where you show how to replace the main oil seal, where shaft from motor joins the pump ?? I don't know what's under that seal which is why I don't wanna cut of it out or try and pry it out.... Besides it seems in their pretty good That and a video on replacing oil seals around the tri-piston set up

You have repeated kit numbers. Water Seal kit is 42476 and Valve Kit is 42476. I believe the Valve kit should be 42494

Reverse pliers don't work unless the unit is basically flawless. Plus, your $60 price is outrageous. Even dealer discounted to $43 is still outrageous. Removing aged corroded valves is an all around fail. The plastic pulls off with the greatest of ease.

I emptied all the oil out and realized it does not take 30 weight oil. Then I finally was able to obtain service manual and it says that you’re only supposed to add oil but unfortunately I emptied all of the oil out. Now what should I do is there some kind of starter oil that needs to be added that I can get as well? Or is the pump going to burn out and become trash?
